This genuinely is one of the worst hotels i have ever visited. I have been on holiday every year and this year we decided to do an all inclusive with my extended family. I had been to 1 all inclusive prior and this one was like 50 levels down! This hotel had so many issues and i dont know where to start. 1. main issue The wifi, When we came to the hotel, there was actually no wifi, when we asked abt it, they would lie, stating “it will be back tommorow morning” Finally after our 2nd day we were tired without no wifi and were forced to pay for data, only some of us got data. When we asked the hotel receptionist on the 3rd day. He was clearly agitated and said “if you want internet you have to go and buy a sim all of you” For a hotel advertising free wifi this was genuinely really bad. They made up lies abt the fire in cairo affecting their wifi, but when we wenr to tourist destinations such as soho square, their wifi was working fine? The wifi did return near the end of our holiday but was as slow as a tortoise. 2. The room The hygene in egypt is so bad. With dirty floors and dirty toilets. Nothing wanted to keep me in the hotel. The room was spacious but dirty, even the bed. The shower was mega dirty and the drain didnt even work, it was like standing in a pool! 3. The food Genuinely the worst food ever. The same boring dishes with rubbish taste. A small buffet to forget. We ended up ordering food most nights cause of how bad it genuinely was. Many of my family members commented about the breakfast and said, “one of the best breakfasts of my life” it seems breakfast is good but lunch and dinner, the same boring dishes with no taste. Definitely a no go. 4. A MEGA ISSUE Another thing that was a very big issue was, how everything closes so early. The breakfast finishes at 10, with the pools and slides closing at 6 which is mega early!!! Even some of the services and shisha was only up till 12 and pool or snooker wasnt allowed to be played after 12. This hotel shuts everything as fast as usain bolt. Most of our nights were boring due to the lack of things there were to do. Some more stupid things were like the wave pool which werre open at 12 and 3 for 15 minutes!!!! YES 15 minutes. The wave pool was often crammed and it was genuinely very poor from the hotel 5. False advertising They had a lazy river, which wasnt so lazy, you had to go out crammed into boats which u had to wait for, and then you had to paddle the boats like kyaking around the river. The whole point of a lazy river is to relax? I dont want to be rowing myself around the lazy river. This was more like manual labour than fun🤣 6. when we first arrived at the hotel we were told we had a special late night dinner prepped. This wasnt so special and was more of a lie. We had leftovers🤣 There were about 6 pattys for a burger which had to be eaten and some chips. The dessert not much choice. And when we asked for fans or AC we were told no! This was genuinely disgusting from the hotel, no customer in mind, just saving money. 7. Most of the workers could not speak english. When we arrived, most of the staff were unable to speak english, it was very hard to communicate with them. Some couldn’t speak English at all. This genuinely baffles me. Your a tourist resort who gets english customers yearly and your staff cant speak english? Again, no customer in mind, only saving money. 8. MEGA ISSUE I was woken up twice out of my stay. One by banging noises like a hammer(please find the attatched video) and a cleaner comming in at 10 to clean the room which had woken me up. This hotel doesnt care abt its customers. Quite obvious to see that, definitely do not recommend. 9.Many of my family had not had working AC or fridges after complaining and them sending someone around to fix it, it still did not work. Even affer complaining again and again they eventually didnt fix it and left it with us to deal with. this was genuinely so poor, i am shocked to see how this hotel is even here still! Overall, I am shocked how this is a 5*

5 star hotel situated five minutes from the airport staff are absolutely amazing. Cannot do enough it is an aqua park so there will be a lot of children/teenagers needs to be more activities for younger children kids club is open for an hour and a half in the morning then again in the afternoon the children’s pool closes at 5:30 and the other closes at 6:30 you can get a free bus down to there sister Hotel which has a private beach, can’t use their pool and can only use one of the bars and cannot use their towel service which I find very strange as it’s part of the same group, Rooms are very clean needs modernising any issues they sort out straight away. Main issue is food wastage and them not policing and also queueing as you will be standing there and people will just jump the queue and when you ask them, they can’t be very rude. Staff try their best, I think the way to manage massive families that have 20 plates of food and waste most of it. If they know a big Family is coming in then instead of letting them take take take they could do some kind of platter with different types of food. One night that was a display of prawns or shrimps and it literally got picked apart in minutes. It was very chaotic. The only godsend is they opened the Indian restaurant for the British people to use at breakfast and lunch because of incident that happened three weeks before we arrived , where a group of 100 British people were there and they got so annoyed with the Hotel not having enough food the rudeness of people jumping the queue taking too much food etc. I guess it got too much for them and they kicked off as you pay to go on holiday and you should be treated the same as anybody else despite your nationality, religion creed etc if you are British you don’t matter at times but this is nothing to do with Hotel staff as they are fantastic and they were trying help solve the issue, I am very disappointed that we had to check out at 12pm and we were not getting picked up to go to the airport until 12 am we have an autistic six-year-old and was very hard for him not to have somewhere to go and have a shower or just relax and get out of the Sun and was very hard to entertain him. You can have a late check out but we were told we could not have this as the Hotel was overbooked but considering they had an extra day out of us because our room was booked from the 25th of August to the 4th of September but we did not arrive in Egypt until the 26th of August just bear this in mind if you have children or adults with disabilities. You can still use all the facilities on site but they need to be more flexible when people are flying very late and I’m not blaming The Hotel entirely and is also down to holiday companies over all its a lovely hotel, had a few issues but it’s the same anywhere you go overall we had a fantastic time amazing staff they work very very hard and they were fantastic with my six year-old. Would definitely recommend we paid a fantastic price and got everything you would expect!!!

Check-in & Accommodation The hotel is just a 5-minute drive from the airport. Unfortunately, early check-in before 2 PM wasn’t possible, but we were in our room a little before then. You can leave your bags at reception, get your wristbands, and already start enjoying the hotel. There are changing rooms near the aqua park. We booked a Family Suite, which was very spacious and clean. In fact, the entire resort is spotless – the pools are cleaned every morning and evening. The grounds are well-maintained, and there’s always something happening throughout the day. You’ll find the schedule posted near the main restaurant. Friendly Staff & Fast Service The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We had a minor issue with the air conditioner in one of the rooms, and it was fixed within 10 minutes. Bottled water is restocked daily – just a reminder, don’t drink the tap water! Exploring the Area If you want to explore outside the resort, I recommend using local taxis – they’re much cheaper than the hotel’s transportation service (2–3x cheaper). We felt safe everywhere we went – lots of police presence around the area. There’s a free shuttle bus from the hotel to the beach every hour, and it returns every 30 minutes. The last shuttle back is at 5:30 PM. Where We Went We used local taxis to visit Nabq, Mamma Bay, Soho Square, and the Old Market. Highly recommend the Fix Price Supermarket in Naama Bay, El Ezaby Pharmacy, or the pharmacy at the Old Market – all have fixed prices, unlike hotel shops which can be 2–3x more expensive. Excursion Highlight One of the highlights of the trip was a glass-bottom boat tour with Dazzling Excursions . We were picked up right at the hotel and taken to Shark Bay, where we boarded the boat to explore coral reefs and see colorful fish. The kids absolutely loved it, and the guide was very friendly. Highly recommended! They offer many activities, so feel free to ask about prices and options. In our experience, everything was very reasonably priced. Food & Snacks The food selection was broad – there was always something tasty to eat, and we had no issues. During the day, snacks were always available, and local ice cream was free. In the evening, popcorn and cotton candy were just €1 – not bad at all. Evening Entertainment & Aqua Park The entertainment program was solid. The animation team did a great job, and the fire show was especially impressive. The aqua park – both big and small – along with the wave pool, were a huge hit with the kids. It runs until 4:30 PM with a midday break. Final Thoughts We’re still here, soaking up the last rays of sunshine. It’s our second-to-last day, and we already know – we’ll miss this place. Tonight, there’s one last party by the aqua park at 10 PM, and then it’s time to pack up. But one thing’s for sure: This definitely won’t be our last time in Sharm El Sheikh. We’d love to come back to Charmillion Club Aqua Spa – it’s a place that truly delivered on everything we hoped for in a family getaway.

Honest review from a British family who stayed here for 10 nights all inclusive, 2 adults 2 children aged 4 and 2 during November. Firstly I will start with the room, very basic but kept clean. We stayed in an adjoining room so that we still had some privacy from the children. Beds were comfy enough however the air conditioning was very sporadic, some nights when it worked we got great sleep, other nights it wouldn't cool enough which made for a very uncomfortable and sweaty nights sleep! Our shower drain also blocked one day which resulted in a very flooded bathroom floor, thankfully this only happened once. The man who cleaned our room each day was very friendly with the kids and they loved coming back to the room each day to see what animal arrangement he had done with the towels for them. The pool is brilliant for children, plenty to keep them entertained and the water was warm enough that the children enjoyed being in there. We were given a towel voucher for each person on arrival and could collect clean towels each day, however, someone took one of our towels from by the poolside one day and when we went to check out we were charged 15euros for this?! For someone else stealing our towel?! So my advice would be to guard your towels! The bar staff around the pool are friendly and attentive, however when going up for drinks on occassion staff would say they would bring it over and there were a couple of times we had to go back up as 45 minutes would pass and our drinks were nowhere to be seen. Not an issue for my partner and I but when our young children needed water in the 29 degree heat this was somewhat annoying. Secondly, the food. As a family we are adventurous eaters and I definitely wouldn't call my children "beige eaters" however by day 4 I physically could not bare to look at the buffet food any longer. A lot of the same stuff with little cultural variety and very little flavour. There is however an Indian restaurant on site which we found very enjoyable, it was the first meal that all 4 of us finished! There is also an "a la carte" restaurant on site which you can use once during your visit, my advice on that one is just don't bother. They basically serve you the same stuff that is served in the main restaurant then bring you an empty wallet whilst you're still eating for you to put their assumed tip in?! We managed to avoid an upset stomach but our daughter did vomit during the night on 2 separate occasions. When speaking to other guests they also had complaints that members of their family had been unwell at some point throughout their holiday. The location for us was brilliant as it is literally a 5 minute drive from the airport (with 2 small children a 2 hour transfer from the hotel to the airport on a bus is our idea of hell based off previous experiences) and approximately 15 minutes from the bay/busier areas by taxi. Lastly, the evening entertainment could have been improved. There is a mini disco for the kids each night which our children enjoyed, but not much else worth watching after that. The first nights entertainment involved 4 women being brought on stage from the audience to perform in a "catwalk competition" which was quite uncomfortable to watch as one of the ladies who got called up looked about 15/16. The following night it was men who were asked to come up on stage and do funny impressions of Michael Jackson etc, this to me just seemed a complete imbalance in what the women had been asked to do the night before. There was one day where there was a jet ski hover board performance by the pool which was brilliant but that was the only real entertainment act we saw that was worth watching. Overall we did really enjoy our holiday and would return to this hotel, we would probably make more of an effort to venture off site for meals though or bring snacks that we know our children will eat. This review is based on our honest...

Absolutely embarrassing for any hotel to claim they are a 5* when they do not even come close to a 2*, i have used cleaner toilets in public spaces, we was wrongly accused of braking a tv in the game room and was charged £480 (32.000egp) but thats not all, the manager turned our key cards off after leaving a letter outside of our room knowingly we could not get in while we have a child with disabilities and who needed medication, in order to get access to our room we was told we have to pay or we would be kicked out the hotel, very professional of them but thats charmillion aqua for you, place is full of mosquitoes and mould, flys and maggots in most food trays in the restaurant giving people food poisoning, blood stains on the walls in hotels, urination stains on all the beds where they are clearly not cleaned, we had to buy our own bedding to be able to even try sleep in a bit of cleanliness, all the staff here look at the women and young girls like they are pray and its sickening, we got the all inclusive package but upon arrival we slowly began to realise they just want your money, for the things that come included in out package we was charged for on a daily basis, lawnmowers outside the rooms at 6am staff members smoking cannabis behind apartments blocks an wolf whistling young girls who walk past leaving them very scared and not wanting to walk around of a night, this is supposed to be a good hotel and i have not had anything but trouble and stress staying here, we will be claiming out money back through insurance as we have been through hell while staying here, we got our travel agent to contact over the cctv they said they had of me braking a tv but refused to send it over as they was clearly lying and did not have any cctv if me doing such a thing, after making a post on there social media page and on the beach i was amazed at how many people come forward with there own experiences and problems while staying here, not a good thing has been said about this hotel and if you pay attention half of the reviews are made by there staff and workers in order to make it look like people enjoy there time here, its just a hotel of scammers and thieves so if your planning on coming to stay here i would highly recommend you looks else where as i would hate for any of you to experience what i have had to go through, it come to a point i was surrounded by 6 male staff members all shouting at me as i was not willing to pay for the tv they said i had broken, thats until i realised i was about to get myself into trouble for defending myself against these 60 year old bullies, in order to get my partner and her children to safety and get access to our room i decided to bite my lip and pay the fee of 32.000egp but this will not be the end of it, i will go to every length possible to expose these of there theft and there little grooming tactics when it comes to young girls, so please if any of you are reading this and have children take into consideration what i have explained, this hotel needs shutting down asap as it is nothing what it said it was when we first booked, shame really because i love egypt but this has just changed all of that for me so to the staff members at the charmillion aqua resort thank you for making our stay a trip in hell we will be taking this further and i will be getting a investigation going on this hotel weather thats costs me money or not i am going to expose all of there dirty...
