Dear Jaz Little Venice Golf Resort Management,

I am writing to share my overwhelmingly positive experience during our recent stay at your esteemed resort.

My family and I had the pleasure of spending a few fantastic remarkable days at Jaz Little Venice Golf Resort, and I must say it was an absolute delight from start to finish.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality by your attentive staff.

First and foremost, I want to commend the reservation department for their quick response and efficient handling of my booking query and promptly responded, and our expectations were exceeded.

The resort's location is simply breathtaking, offering picturesque views of the Red Sea Riviera and creating a serene and tranquil atmosphere. The facilities and amenities provided were top-notch, and we were thoroughly impressed by the well-maintained, beautifully designed and very wide rooms & very calm as well, in addition to the sleeping exceptionally amazing experience we had because of the high quality of silence and quietness from 10 Pm.

One aspect that truly stood out during our stay was the exceptional service provided by the entire staff. Your team's professionalism and dedication to ensuring a memorable experience are commendable. The resort's management, led by Mr. Sherif Abdel Halim, the general manager, and his team have created a superb environment that leaves guests feeling pampered and valued.

A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Mohamed Hamed, the Restaurant Manager, for his outstanding leadership and attention to detail. The dining experiences were a culinary delight, and the variety of dishes offered left us spoiled for choice. The talented chefs and kitchen staff deserve applause for their culinary creations that tantalized our taste buds.

The reception team, specifically Mr. Mahmoud Arafa and Maged, were incredibly accommodating, promptly addressing any requests and providing valuable information throughout our stay.

The housekeeping team, with Ahmed and Adel at the forefront, deserves recognition for maintaining the utmost cleanliness and ensuring our room was a comfortable retreat.

The golf car drivers were ever-present and always ready to transport us around the resort with a smile.

The beachfront staff, including Rabea, and the lifeguards ensured that we had a safe and enjoyable time by the sea, and their friendly demeanor made us feel right at home.

Also the beach experience was the best across Ain Sokhna beaches, its even better than most of Hurghada Beaches, because of the Sandy Soft Beach, Crystal clear water, in addition to the high level of privacy, considering the location is so close to Cairo, almost 90 minutes from Cairo; ot will be our first choice inshaa Allah rather than driving to Hurghada almost 5 hours instead to have almost the same experience more over with cheaper cost!

I must not forget to mention the fantastic variety of food offered. Every meal was a culinary adventure, and we were spoilt for choice with the diverse array of dishes available.

The overall ambiance and attention to detail at Jaz Little Venice Golf Resort left a lasting impression on us. It is evident that the resort's management, staff, and team members take great pride in delivering a memorable experience to its guests.

As a result, I feel compelled to share my fantastic experience by writing a glowing review on TripAdvisor and Google. I want to spread the word about the outstanding service and remarkable vacation we had at Jaz Little Venice Golf Resort.

Once again, thank you for making our stay a truly unforgettable one. We look forward to returning to your lovely resort in the future and will wholeheartedly recommend Jaz Little Venice Golf Resort to all our friends and family.

With warm regards and heartfelt gratitude.

Thank you Jaz Hotels Group :...

This hotel is very quiet. We had the big suite, which was very beautiful and spacious and had two balconies 🤩 with a beautiful view on the pool. The service stuff was very helpful and got our every question and wish fulfilled. They got us a super taxi driver(Saber) to take us to the pyramids and Cairo. The big pool in the hotel is heated, there are also alcohol drinks served and the prices are ok(example a cocktail costs about 150 EGP). I don’t understand why are here so may bad comments about the music… The music was not loud and it was just normal pop music, mostly English songs. Not every day though, probably because there were not so many guests at that time. There was a wedding on one day and it was on the beach, so in our apartment we didn’t hear anything. The beach is wonderful, beautiful sand and warm water. There is also a possibility to do water sports on the beach, prices here were also fully fine( for example banana drive 300 EGP). The beach is also max. only 10-15 min walk from the hotel and if you are too lazy they will take you there with a golf car. The golf court is very very big and really beautiful, has different golf courts and difficult play possibilities. An Introduktion course will cost you 15 Euro for 2 hours with the rental equipment. The rooms are cleaned every day, so hygienic conditions are just top. You will receive one big bottle of drinking water per day, but there is a shop in the hotel complex where you can get water for only 5 EGP. It is 5 min walk from the hotel. Breakfast is like in almost every hotel: stuff from the bakery, eggs, orange juice, coffee, pancakes, cheese ext. Dinner dishes were different and very interesting. They have a grill on the restaurant balcony every evening. So there is plenty of choice on food. But most of the dishes are local, African and Egyptian dishes.

The negative sides that you should be aware about are: -Some of the furniture is not the newest, like the closets. Don’t expect the super new modern room, but a very cozy, modern classic room furniture. And very clean! -Due to Corona there is no Shisha Bar. -Besides the restaurant there is nothing to do in the evening. -Most of the employees can not really speak good English… but you can understand each other somehow. They are very friendly and helpful at any moment. -The internet connection is very poor. It is good on the pool area and the restaurant but in our room we could not connect to the Wi-Fi. But the personnel provided us with a router in the apartment. -The hotel is 2 hours from Cairo, but traffic in Cairo is crazy. So if you plan to go and visit Giza, you better book two nights in Cairo and then you can chill in Jaz resort. Because you are going to be dead at the end of the day if you do this trip from the hotel to Cairo. -January was super for vacation here because the wether is not hot, but it is warm and the water is also not very cold so you can go swimming. But when the sun is gone it is freezing. So be aware of that. -Also we saw a barracuda in the sea 😅. We swam to the shore immediately when we saw it, so it did not attack us. But be aware that besides dolphins you can maybe also see predators swimming around 😅.

Anyway we were very happy with our stay and would recommend this hotel for everyone who want to have a quiet stay on the Red Sea, near Cairo, with possibility of golfing and some water sports(PS: the shore on this part of the Red Sea is not so beautiful for diving, so we did not went diving, as our driver advised us that it is not worth it, that the best diving spots are in Hurghada and Sharm el Sheikh). Thank you everything Hotel Jaz little Venice. Regards...

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Jaz and wanted to share my thoughts on the overall experience. While there were certainly some positive aspects, there were a few notable downsides that affected my stay. On the positive side, one of the standout features of Jaz was the incredibly friendly staff. Throughout my stay, they consistently went above and beyond to ensure guests felt welcome and comfortable. Their warm smiles and attentiveness truly added to the overall pleasant atmosphere of the hotel. Another highlight of my stay was the culinary expertise of Chef Zein at the hotel's restaurant. The food was not only delicious but also presented beautifully. Each visit to the restaurant was a delightful experience, and I would highly recommend trying Chef Zein's creations during your stay. Unfortunately, there were some significant drawbacks to my stay as well. The most noticeable issue was the thin walls and lack of soundproofing between rooms. This meant that I could hear my neighbors' conversations and activities, which significantly impacted my ability to rest peacefully. Improved sound insulation between rooms would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that the hotel lacked an on-site clinic or pharmacy. This became a real concern when I needed medication after 12:00 am, as nearby pharmacies were closed, and I had to drive a considerable distance (about 50km) to obtain the necessary medication. It would be beneficial for the hotel to consider offering some form of medical assistance or at least providing guests with information on nearby medical facilities. In summary, Jaz offers a mixed experience for its guests. While the warm and friendly staff, as well as the exceptional culinary creations of Chef Zein, are definite highlights, the issues with soundproofing and the absence of medical facilities on-site were notable drawbacks. If you value great service and delicious food, this hotel may still be worth considering, but be prepared to bring earplugs and plan ahead for any medical needs...

I loved the overall vibe of the resort and the exclusivity of the limited number of guests. The room was super spacious and mostly clean, with a lovely terrace that overlooks the pool. The view was truly a standpoint, as is the architecture of the villas. The beach was also lovely with clear waters and ultra soft sand. However it is farther off from the hotel and requires a golf cart for transport. Waters were calm and very shallow for several meters. Lots of baby fish near the shore, which nipped at my skin several times. Some jellyfish sightings. A short walk on the beach leads to a shack where you can book water rides and activities, at an extra cost (as it's not affiliated with the hotel). The pools were a tad small, and I didn't enjoy the fact that oily food was served at the pool bar, where people were eating and also swimming. The food quality was very good, although there was a lack of variety. The BBQ station though was superb and served delicious meats. Large noisy crows are everywhere around the property, but we were able to tolerate them. Once concert was the bad internet connection in the rooms, it was a struggle to connect to the Wi-Fi. But it was fine everywhere else. Overall, an enjoyable stay!

I recently visited the Jaz Little Venice Golf Resort for a two-night stay and had a wonderful time. Having breakfast and dinner included as well as pools, beach and golf course in close proximity were definitely highlights of the trip. The hotel was great at transporting us to and fro the beach. The biggest downside however, had to have been getting woken up by hotel staff at 9am (even though we had a “do not disturb” sign hanging on our door) demanding us we pay more for our adult beverages we ordered the night prior. The menu clearly indicated 130le for a single G&T, we asked for double and payed 280le for 1 drink (still overpriced if you ask me but hey, Egypt). This really grinded my gears as the trip was meant to be a rest and relaxation weekend and the employees really managed to shake things up in the worst way possible. Beware, people. Definitely BYOB to Sokhna and bring your own water as the hotel charges 57le for a single Large bottle.
