This is a Complaint about My Recent Stay at Marina Wadi Degla

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Marina wadi degla My experience was far from satisfactory, and I believe it is my responsibility to bring to your attention the numerous issues I encountered during my time at your establishment.

Firstly, I was disappointed to find out that the main pool at the hotel was off-limits to guests. Additionally, the limited area designated for swimming in the sea was not at all conducive to a pleasant experience. As a guest, I expected to have access to standard amenities like the main pool, and the restrictions imposed were highly inconvenient.

Furthermore, the situation at the marina was equally disheartening. Guests were not allowed to use the marina or even walk on it, which significantly limited the leisure opportunities available during my stay. This restriction seemed unreasonable and deprived me of potential enjoyment during my vacation.

The state of the hotel rooms was utterly unacceptable. The rooms were disgusting, in dire need of maintenance and proper cleaning. The overall lack of cleanliness left a lasting negative impression on my entire stay. As a paying guest, I expected a clean and well-maintained environment, but unfortunately, this was not the case.

The resort's lack of activities was another major drawback. I had hoped for a fulfilling and enjoyable experience during my stay, but the scarcity of recreational options left me feeling bored and dissatisfied throughout my visit. A variety of activities and entertainment are essential to providing a wholesome guest experience, which, unfortunately, was missing at your resort.

I regret choosing your hotel and wish I had opted for another resort nearby, which, I believe, would have been a far better choice. The way the hotel treats its guests is appalling, and I felt discriminated against, which is absolutely unacceptable.

I strongly advise against staying at your hotel to anyone who asks for my recommendations. It is evident that there is a lack of care and consideration for guests' needs and comfort, making it an unsuitable place for anyone seeking a pleasant and enjoyable vacation.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Marina Wady Degla Hotel. The behavior of the security personnel, particularly the security boss the guy with black jacket, was unsettling as they consistently observed and monitored us. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere and raised concerns about privacy during our stay. Addressing this issue would undoubtedly contribute to a more positive and secure guest experience at Mari The security personnel at the beach left much to be desired, as their communication was notably rude due to we got close to the sea. Additionally, my companions and I faced challenges in obtaining assistance for beach chairs and shading, both at the pool and on the beach no one was there for help. Self help Hotel!!! Moreover, the room facilities fell short of expectations. The cleanliness of the bed and closet was subpar, impacting the overall comfort of the stay and the last thing the balcony was broken.

Additionally, my companions and I faced challenges in obtaining assistance for beach chairs and shading, both at the pool and on the beach no one was there for help. Self help Hotel!!! Moreover, the room facilities fell short of expectations. The cleanliness of the bed and closet was subpar, impacting the overall comfort of the stay and the last thing the balcony was broken. The rooms at the hotel all with the street view I didn't expect that, and unfortunately, the beach for hotel guests is a very small restricted area and l'd you go right or left the security will come in a very rude way. One of my worst experience I ever had in my life, I haven't seen such an unwelcoming place like this, we were terrified and shocked to death during our stay in that place, one of the chalets owners dared to take a pictures for my children and dautghers secretly without us knowing anything and not only this!! He posted in their Facebook group presenting it to all other members of the group in a racist way commenting that 'see this is the type of people using our pool!!! "... And we were actually shocked again when most of the commenters were discrimnately commented and labeled as as strange black servants who invade their white kingdom,,,,, it was really disgusting and awful, when you feel there is still sick minds and sick people who are still living the sickness of racism in a very rude and such a mesrable way.... And apperantly this person who took this pictures is not feeling sorry about it, iam sure he is still there living his ugly racism and some of other owners are excericing their unpleasant ego and selfishness against anyone who is black. I took this case to authorities trying to sue responsible ones, but unfortunately after several days of procedures it was unsuccessfully closed by me due to lack of proper evedince as stated by law enforcement concerned. As I can't get the group username and password which is impossible to bring. It was really very sad and I will never ever me and my family forget this meserable experience and terryfing incedent it left us emotionally hurted and left us with a deep wound inside felling the most worst treatment in the whole life...
