Our stay at Mocha's place was everything we needed! We came here on our trip through El Salvador. The place is gorgeous! The trees and plants surrounding the area are relaxing and peaceful. The room is authentic with art and furniture made from local artists. We felt right at home and Sonia and David made us feel welcome and helped us with whatever we needed. We explored Chorros de la Calera, Feria Gastronomica, and Salto De Malacatiupan which were all gorgeous and not far from Mocha's place. ||||There was a festival that we attended that was not far, it was quite a fiesta with live music, food, and entertainers. (We can't remember what the festival was called)||||This trip made us fall in love with the city and we will definitely come back because we feel that we need more time to visit more fo the hidden gems the area...

Upon arriving everything was clean, the staff was super friendly, and the rooms were inviting. The environment at Mocha’s place is safe, relaxing, and peaceful. I ended up staying 2 extra days because I loved it so much. I also didn’t want to miss the opportunity to explore the local Mayan ruins, (Tazumal,) which Sonia and David recommended.
