We came here with our whole family of 18 to spend a day at the beach. It was recommended to us. We rented a room for the day to be more comfortable. They had a kid & adult pool which were nice. We had a very bad experience with the waiter & restaurant. We are the customers and we do not make outrageous requests but this waiter kept on wanting us to do things his way to make it more convenient for him. It is a family of 18 with children & forgive us if we do not want to waste time sitting in a restaurant for our food. We wanted to eat upstairs which had a nice view but the waiter was so inconvenienced. The food was not great for the price they charge, we expected way better at the beach. We had an item missing from a soup but the waiter started to sermonize: it is our fault if we were sitting there up there waiting for food & wouldn't bring the missing item, I mean $20 soup, so bad. The workers were not very friendly. I think El Salvador has great potential for the growth in tourism but not with this attitude. Manager you have to do way better. El lugar esa bonito solo que algo descuidado el servicio es pésimo pedimos un café y se tardaron al rededor de 3 horas en traerlo, las habitaciones todas descuidadas las hamacas camas todo hasta las camas estaban llena de acaros, ahora vamos con la comida según prometen si se quedan un día ahí te tienen que dar comida y ese ni fue el caso no dieron ni siquiera una miga, y tampoco compramos ahí por el motivo que la comida está demasiado cara es entendible que es un lugar turístico pero está demasiada cara tuvimos que salir afuera a comprar comida pero algo más no te dejan meter comida si tú compras algo afuera no te dejan ingresarlo, te ponen una pulsera que si la pierdes tienes que pagar 15 dólares y si no pagas eso no puedes salir afuera hasta pagar los 15. La ubicación está bien pero hay mejores lugares si quieres pasar una buena experiencia...
