Dunten Hotel — Hotel in Tallinn

Building: The building complex is an old military campus. Half of the campus is still rough and abandoned, but the other has been made anew and renovated. It is a historical building complex and looks absolutely stunning.

The hotel: First and foremost I love the self-service type hotels. I can get the code to my room and building and get in and out without problem. The interior is absolutely gorgeous and I really loved the sitting lounges, that also had some books you can read there. The room was clean, cosy. Bed was very comfortable and the sheets were clean and soft. The TV has many channels and also apps like Prime video, Youtube and Netflix - so everything you need to spend a nice night at the hotel is right there.

Location: The hotel is in a pretty comfortable location. Not in the center, but it didn't bother me as there was bus station right in front of the building and it's not too far from where I needed to be.

Also, the breakfast delivery to your room was very nice. |It's not the hotel's fault, but it's something to be aware of. You have to be cautious when using Bolt to reach the hotel. I entered the hotel name in Bolt, and the driver dropped me off in construction parking in the back of the hotel. If you do not speak the language, it's difficult to explain to the driver that you must be dropped off on the main road, the front entrance. It can be a little scary for those arriving at the hotel when it's dark outside as you have to navigate a construction zone to get to the main street and access the entrance, |This is not an isolated incident.
