Our trip was completely ruined mostly because of hotel unprofessional way of dealing with problematic people. We had problems with children under our room who run and scream and bang on walls all night and until 3am i went to reception 3 times asking to change the room or atleast talk to those people. Answer was no free rooms available and we try to to something but nothing was done to calm those kids down. Only sleeping for 2 hours went back at noon finally the lady on reception change our room to higher floor. Night administrator just lied to me that no free rooms were available. And even during tje day time those kids run across the hotel corridors on stairs and yell out of window. That was the most horrible stay i ever had in my life and i was in diffrent hotels. And also ignoring the fire safety rules when on 5th floor corridor was full of baby strollers. As hotel you need to put more attention on safety and service. Hotel otherwise is nice rooms clean and breakfast standart and good. I was in that hotel before liked the stay and thats why we decided to return but this was our...
Read moreThe hotel is located next to a really big shopping mall (you can actually walk from the hotel to the mall inside the building) on the outskirts of Tartu. There are plenty of shops nearby but otherwise not so much to see in the vicinity. The view from the room is equally dull. The city centre is about 5-10 minutes drive away. Parking is free at the front of the hotel. The hotel itself seems to be quite new or at least spotlessly clean (the rooms, too). The staff was really friendly. The family room was actually two interconnected rooms so we had two bathrooms which was really nice. There was not a single spoon in our (family) room so we had to grab one from the downstairs. However, the biggest issues in our room was wifi (really slow if working at all) and tv (really complicated to use, we couldn't adjust volume in the another room). Breakfast was ok but nothing spectacular. I can recommend this hotel only if you go by car but with car it's a good and...
Read moreWas there with family (kids- 7y and 1y ), overall nice place for family break, really great location, polite personal, hotel is very clean with spacious rooms ( ideal for small kids- there is place for running after long hours drive ), hotel is connected with supermarket- very comfortable to do some shopping or find some food, do not need to go outside. Only minus- breakfast experience was terrible- staff did not welcome us, food choice- cold egg, few sausages, rotten cucumber ( 100% from previous days ) and some tomato. Something else, but overall- my 2nd worst breakfast ever ( worst was in Poland, where hotel price was 25eur...... :) ). In hotel is restaurant ( same place where is breakfast )- we had dinner there- food was good, but pricy.... (for 2people we paid 68eur....). Anyway- definitely if i will visit Tartu will stay in...
