Only went here for lunch so cannot comment on the rooms but the hotel is located on the road between Ras Mekonnen Bridge and Afincco Ber, and overseas the riverside development that is underway. It would a fantastic location when all the construction is finished. We were greeted by staff wearing nice uniforms and the hotel looks newly refurbished. I must say however that the interior design is a bit dated for a hotel that looks new. The lunch was a buffet of Ethiopian food, with fasting and non fasting options. We had an event there at the first floor hall. The waiters were not fast and active. They even tried to rip us of our money and cheat. Sad indeed. The room service in the suit was fine but the room was not clean. The morning breakfast was cold and not a good menu. Try their breakfast at their restaurant rather than ordering from your room for better food quantity. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this spot...
