Where do I start. First we called and made our reservations and informed the hotel that we would check in late in the evening as we had a family matter to attend. We wasnt informed to bring $100 cash for key bond. We arrived at the hotel round 1130pm and was greeted by a Fijian gentlemen at reception who was working the night shift. Room was allocated only to be notified there was no key for the room but had been asked to make an electronic transfer (MPAISA) of $170FJD, $100 for the key bond and $70 for the outstanding balance for the room. Lucky for the hotel, we was not planning to leave the hotel again for the night.
Checking out - During check out, we was asked for the room key to which we replied, the night receptionist notified us there was no key for the allocated room. We was asked who had checked us in as if they dont know who was working the night shift. There was a panic to find the missing key by the manager and their staff and forgot they was dealing with a customer. 20 mins had passed and we was still stood there while they (the manager and his team still tried to find the missing key. We stood there looking like idiots as if it was our fault the room key was missing.Frustrated, I asked the manager passing in and out of reception about our $100 bond, he said, they need to contact the night shift person to find out about the missing key and they will transfer us back our bond.
I called them everyday for 5 days about the refund of our bond which takes less then 10 seconds to do online (MPAISA). Each day I called, they asked for the same information (name, address, mobile number) which we completed on the form when we checked in on the night of our stay
Passage of information between staff during change of shifts is poor. Lack of professionalism Lack of communication Ultimately have no sense of...

Room Was not clean, bedsheets was stained and smelly and towels were ripped and the showers were leaking- upon that The guy that works there his name is Apisai, he is really rude with to begin with secondly he is also a THEIF. I left my backpack in the room which had a Mac Book pro and a windows 10 tablet with some charges and a AirPods, when asked Apisai he totally ignored and denied that anything was left behind, Apisai even told me I had already checked out so now it’s not his problem that I left my bag. He kept denying even when I asked him to ask his cleaning crew if they found any bag, without letting me complete my sentence he said “no no no there is no bag here”. Like what the hell, people should get items back especially in places like this, if you gonna steal peoples stuff how will we trust this house/hotel…. This place is a vacation...
Read moreNOT RECOMMENDED !!! Our 1st 2 days in Fiji we had to stay here. The room we received in the ground floor next to the common kitchen was very small, door lock was broken, bathroom didn't have hot water and once we asked from the person who was there he didn't tell anything and just moved. Commode was broken and it was moving. Didn't have soap or anything.
At night lot of drunk people hang around and it's very noisy to the room. There was a party at the common kitchen at night and it was very loud. Next day morning we couldn't use the kitchen as it was totally a mess. We immediately moved out of the place next day. Do not get caught to the pictures here. Place is old, not renovated and not properly...
