Today I'm unwell and there's no water again in our area...but the kids still have to eat. I reached out to the Rotisserie, to Felisha in particular, our main girl. I needed a wholesome meal for the family, couldn't get up to collect my order and only have a BSP account which means my money won't hit their ANZ account until tomorrow...none of those were an issue. It seems like she didn't even blink before replying, "we do this all the time, bu".

The Rotisserie...they GET what customer experience is all about! It's about providing a seamless experience for the customer.

Today they delivered service I DESIRED, from the CONVENIENCE of placing my order via VIBER on my phone as I lay almost immobile in bed, the TIMELY delivery by a FRIENDLY driver in a CLEAN vehicle, to MY PREFERRED online payment method....and all topped off with FOOD that did not disappoint! How can simple roast chicken be so dang YUMMY!

A good place to have a meal, with a nice environment. The food is also delicious. However, I was disappointed when we chose a drink from the menu which was listed $3 and later we were charger $5 for it. Upon enquiring we were told that the prices on the menu cards were old and the price stated on the board were the correct ones, we had also mentioned that the person serving us didn't advise us on the correct price even after I had pointed that I want the regular drink which was priced $3. The other staff that started to serve us not once apologized for an error that was made from their side.
