It's a typical IKEA, so if you been to one you will know what to expect. Overall service works well, staff is service minded and helpful, waiting times for service are acceptable. Restaurant however may have too long queuing times, even at off peak times. This IKEA should learn from IKEA Malmö that has a better arrangement which hopefully will spread to other IKEAs (if I understood correctly Malmö is a house where they test new concepts). On the positive side, there is charging available for electric/hybrid cars.

What I liked most is that there is a daycare where you can check in your child. The second floor is for furniture, and there is a small section for toys. The first floor is kitchen and bathroom accessories, items, and live plants. All of the staff were very helpful.

A huge two-floor store. For sure you can find anything you may need for you house, office and more. Many guys around there than can help you with the products. There is also a restaurant on the first floor, next to the elevator. Parking, yes of course.

UPDATE: IKEA scheduled a pick up on a Saturday between 4 and 8PM big bummer cause there goes my day off. I disassembled the bed so that it would be easier for the collection to take it away and not bother my Saturday too much but of course, no one showed up. No contact, no email, no phone call just simply did not show. So its now been 2 weeks of sleeping on the floor and I was told "The refund queue is long" Well that does not explain no one showing up to collect the bed which was promised. IKEA have outdone themselves again.

Where can I start. Originally we ordered a bed frame which after a month or two broke. We contacted customer support to get it sorted and they told us they couldn't replace it as they didn't have anymore. Advised they would be happy to replace it if I paid the difference. Well the next difference was 2 and a half times the price of the original. They eventually agree on a refund so now I'm going to have to stay in on my day off and wait for them to collect it, and to top it off it will take multiple weeks to get a refund to buy a new one. IKEA has messed up badly, if you don't have something in stock offer the next best thing to the customer even if it means you don't make a profit from one sale. I'm sure you make enough money to cover one problem you made.

They also won't refund the shipping I paid for the bed to be delivered! Not sure why I'm paying to have a broken item delivered and then spending my day of disassembling a bed I already spent a long time assembling.

Absolute joke. We all know your stuff is cheap tat but when you're a broke student what...

I just patronized your store most likely for the last time. We came today Sunday 30th of August.

We ate and we purchased items with my wife. Everything going as per normal.

As we approached the cash register area, we noticed the “löytopiste” outlet section. We were browsing around and I mistakenly stepped very briefly into a staff-only area, which at the time being it was not physically closed and there were no other signs.

I thought this was very unassuming and no issues.

I was wrong, when the female worker there, whom I was told is called Merja, approached me and instad of kindly informing me that was staff only area, she decided instad to roll her eyes and started making extremely unpleasant faces.

I confronted her and told her this is not the way to treat anyone, let alone paying customers. Instead of apologizing and having the courage to recognize that she was in the wrong, she instead decided to deny it and continued to talk back in a very rude manner.

I’m really disappointed that this is the levelof customer service in your stores.

I myself am in the hospitality industry, and even if I wasn’t, it doesn’t cost anything to be kind and courteous.

I expect you to get back to me and to take swift and specific actions regarding this extremely rude behavior I had the misfortune to be on the...

If you don't have a car, don't go! Since they didn't have any of the bed options we liked, we decided to buy only a matress and they said if we want it for today we must go and pick it up from a magazine. The home delibery was available only in few days and since we had urgent need for the bed we decided to take it home by ourselves. It turned out the magazine is 1.5 km so we walked there and then we walked back with the heavy matress to be able to take the bus back to the center. If I knew I went to the other ikea in vantaa where the magazine is next to the shop. The street indications were not clear at all, thank god we had google maps! I changed my idea of ikea as a cheap and easy option. Very bad...
