Cafe and Accommodation Tmi Tiina Soilu — Hotel in Joutsa sub-region

Located in the centre of Joutsa the place is easy to find. Checking in is flexible, you can agree the time pretty much when you want.

We stayed here the 1st April that was Easter Monday. It meant we were the only customers. The welcoming was warm, very informal although all paperwork was conducted. We got the code to the front door, instructions on how to turn the sauna on, and were asked our prefrences for late night snack and above all, the breakfast in the morning.

When we came back from the tour in the village, we saw there was tea and different pastries served. After sauna we enjoyed fresh baked pastries etc. There was so much to choose from.

After a good night sleep in a comfortable bed we went to breakfast that was quite overwhelming. The thing that made it possible is that the dining room works as a cafe on working days and just when we finished our breakfast the cafe opened for public.

The owners' friendliness is beyond my capability to describe. We really felt more like welcome guests than hotel guests. The feeling we had after leaving was really relaxed and happy.
