NOT recommended ! There is No phone in the room or apartment. Air-conditioning stopped cooling in middle of the night. WITHOUT phone in the apartment= impossible to call reception or maintenance. Further more= WITHOUT phone in the room/Apartment= Not possible to ask for help from reception or anyone in case of medical emergency or fire emergency or Crime emergency, or any emergency. I can NOT recommend an hotel that use Negligence, NOT supplying phone in each room, NOT taking responsibility for their guests health and safety. The hotel check in is at 1800. Quite late. By the time guests check in, unpack their luggage= it's time for dinner. AFTER dinner= it's late. Guests want to rest and digest. NOT enough time for activity. AFTER dinner= No one will go to gym room to do exercises, or to swim. It's a lost day. Next morning= guests come for breakfast at 0800 AM or 0900 AM. Finish by 1000 AM. Time to pack luggage since check out is 1100 AM. NOT enough hours to enjoy activity. The other factor= almost every facility is being charged ! Many world travelers, foreign tourists= visit many hotels worldwide. Many facilities they got for free. While here they have to pay : Table tennis= free in many hotels. A fee is charged in this hotel. Gym room= it's free in many hotels= it's been charged a fee in this hotel. Jacuzzi= it's free in many hotels= It's been charged a fee in this hotel. Hamam= it's free in many hotels= It's been charged a fee in this hotel. Swimming pool inside a spa= it's free in many hotels= It's been charged in this hotel A robe and slippers= it's free in many hotels= it's been charged a fee in this hotel. And so on. International travelers= may get upset when been charged again and again and again and again..... This is why I can NOT recommend this hotel. You NEVER know your final balance. NEVER know your credit line, because your credit line keeps dropping for every facility you use. Some changes have to be made ; Install a phone in every room or apartment. Start check in at 1400 ( 2 PM ). Increase a bit price for the room= but STOP charging for every facility ! All facilities must be included ! No additional fees. If a guest is Chinese Senior citizen, single. If he has heart attack. WITHOUT phone in his room= he will die. He has a Chinese cellphone. With his Chinese SIM card= it's impossible to get connected to Finland Cellular network. Further MORE= the Chinese Senior citizen does NOT know the finland emergency number of ambulance, Doctor, paramedics, hospital. He can NOT make phone call. He will die . And then the hotel will pay millions of dollars as compensation. General manager can go to jail for negligence. Criminal charges for NOT putting a phone in the room. To save live. Meet in court . Another case ; a Japanese Senior citizen, single in his room. Night time. Suddenly= a fire 🔥 starts in the room. No phone to call reception for fire brigade. Well= a Japanese cellphone with Japanese SIM card= can NOT use Finland Cellular network. The Japanese Senior citizen, single in his room, does NOT know the phone of fire 🔥 brigade. He can NOT call them. Can NOT ask for evecuation . He can burn alive. Fire spreading fast. Other guests can burn alive. Further MORE= during fire 🔥 There is NO electricity 🔌 ! No electricity= No Wi-Fi ! No internet ! No cellphone can work ! If guests get injured or burned= Hotel will pay millions of dollars. Criminal charges can be taken against Manager and others. Finland police 🚨 will open investigation for negligence. Meet in court. Another case -- A guest= a single Young woman from Brazil is in her room at night. Alone. Suddenly, a guy trying to break into her room. No phone in the room to call reception for police. Her Brazilian cellphone= can't connect to Finland Cellular network. What if guy breaks in, rapping her, murder her ? Think ! Meet in...

Short 5 days winter holiday and stayed on Villas 1 residence side. It offers the inside walk to restaurants and other services inside the hotel. Restaurants Classic Pizza or O'Learys can have queues. Try to use more buffet side (Easy Kitchen). Or order takeout food. More fast. Poolside have service from inside bar counter. Not service to poolside tables. Swimwear can be rented. Parking areas can be crowded. Villas residence had own parking places, but the challenge can be during the weekend (friday/saturday 16-19 pm) and when check in is made. Villas 1 residence had bit small kitchen. Using the electric barbeque grill can give smoke to balcony. Inside the apartment rooms were clean and the same with the kitchen and others. Towels and bed clothes included and clean. Mobile connection had capacity problems with 3 major operators that are offering connections in Finland 4G/5G (DNA, Elisa, Telia). Wifi possibility by the hotel. Bandwidth can be slow. Dish and laundry machines Ok. TV: channels bit limited. Not Google Chrome possibility. Own can be used. Bathroom does not have clothes dryer machine. Standard kettle, coffee machine and toaster in the kitchen. Kitchen oven had only microwave with grill possibility (combined). Not user friendly how it works. Instuction manuals were available. Hotel breakfast not tried. R-Kioski offers near the reception service 24/7. It serves also hotdogs and sandwitches. Inside the apartment private sauna worked fast. Hotel spa offer also different kind of saunas (2nd floor). Not included to the pool area entrance fee. Villas 1 residence had about 72 m2. 2 bedrooms, kitchen and living room. Private sauna and bathroom. Maximum for 6 persons. 4 in the bedrooms. 2 must sleep in the living room (sofa). 2 separate toilets and 2 showers were a positive surprise. Room service not available. Late checkout can have or not. Max 4 hours. Subject to availability. Bigger grocery stores about 5-6 kilometers away. Electric car users might face challengies due to limited number of charging places during the winter time and if the temperature is -10-25C below zero. No disco = No noise = Peaceful. Inside...

In short: the comfort level of a Belizian youth hostel, with triple the price and way worse food. Everything, including pool tables, gym, and sauna sections of the spa, cost extra.

No climate control in rooms (intersting during hot season), only small fans to move the air around. Room temperature 28 degrees at the time of writing this. It took 10 minutes of running water until it was luke warm - a nice surprise after a long day of traveling. Reception is slow and serves all customers from one counter, prepare to wait with a piece of paper and a number in a hot room full of families with small children No room service or a free of charge service number, you need either pay up to 3 euros or walk back to the extremely busy lobby. Interesting to do while not having had the possibility to shower as the water is freezing.

Reception workers nice enough, but unable to suggest anything else than opening windows (welcoming the local mosquitoes) and letting the water run for extra five minutes.

Also the unnessessary spare bed was left in the room, so no couch space to sit down and write this scathing review.

A belizian youth hostel manages all of these basics better, with a fraction of the price, while offering and intersting location with better and healthier food options
