I arrived in Sodankyla in the pouring rain following a long day on the bike. I was warmly welcomed and luckily there was still a room available.|The room was simple, but provided everything I needed. Well heated and lots of space to spread out my wet riding gear. Everything was perfectly dry by the morning!||The bar/pub had a reasonable selection of meals to choose from. The staff was helpful and suggested a local beer and dish to try. The room and the other spaces were clean and tidy. The hotel is conveniently located near the E75/4 main road, so it's easy to reach (and you can't get lost anyway). The linen was clean and room tidy on arrival. Breakfast is ok when the restaurant is open. Two consecutive mornings we did not get breakfast as the restaurant did not open on time and we had to go to work early.
