I chose to stay here because it is located between the city and Santa's village. also the fact that the reviews scores very highly. check in with Paula was fast and helpful. Paula helped us call around some different safari companies and book our tours. we were given the key to our cottage (10) after opening the door we were not disappointed. the cottage is beautiful and romantic. it has everything you could wish for. we went to the supermarket and brought enough food for 3 nights. we enjoyed staying in the cottage at night time, cooking, drinking hot juice and watching films. we also made use of the open fire and cooked our sausages and marshmallows on it. on our second night we managed to spot the northern lights looking out the window. we also took a stroll along the frozen river outside our door. ||other things to consider... you are kind of isolated in this location unless you have a car, take a taxi or walk about an hour. we choose to take taxis except one day we decided to take a walk to Santa's village which was about 1 hour each way. although it was cold we wrapped up warm and really enjoyed our walk through nature. ||I've stayed in some of the most luxurious hotels in the world but the cottage will be one that will always stand out in my mind. we don't want to go home and already want to plan to come back. we would like to come one summer and experience the midnight sun and also think this is somewhere where in the future we could bring the kids over...

• Paula is a great host and will warmly welcome you (she also has a beautiful dog!) and offer you her best advice on how to make the most of your stay
The only problem with Napapiirin Saarituvat is that you...
