Pros: sleeping in a glass igloo is quite unique and amazing! Our igloo was a renovated one (#24), very clean and modern with WiFi and very well insulated. It is perfect if you’re lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the northern lights. Breakfast was very nice, especially their bread - perfect for giant slices with Nutella. The staff was lovely and the location is quite remote, it is incredibly quiet and away from the village lights. Cons: because it is quite remote, you will need a car (not many taxis, expensive etc). I was glad we rented one from the airport, we were free to go wherever we wanted. Don’t worry if you’ve never driven on snow/ice before, I had never done it before (I live in the Middle East...), the cars there are very well equipped and people drive slowly. You can get a car for 40/50€ a day. Be careful at night when you are in the bathroom and the light is on, you can see everything from the outside! Same thing goes for for the shower viewable from the living room. The hotel is super expensive!! But I guess it is a once in a lifetime experience. We had dinner at the restaurant one night, the food was nice but overpriced (You can get better value for money in the village). The staff were nice but couldn’t keep up with orders (it took them 10 mins for our mains, but 1 hour for desserts... which they got wrong)

Golden Crown Levin Iglut is an absolute dream! We stayed in the glass igloos for one night, and it was a magical experience from start to finish. The igloos are cozy, well-designed, and offer an incredible view of the Northern Lights right from your bed. Watching the aurora dance across the sky while being tucked in a warm, glass bubble was an experience I’ll never forget. The service was excellent, and the location feels like a winter wonderland—secluded, peaceful, and perfect for stargazing. The heated glass ensured clear views despite the cold temperatures outside, and the amenities were just what we needed for a comfortable stay. If you’re looking for a unique and once-in-a-lifetime experience in the Arctic, I can’t recommend Golden Crown Levin Iglut enough! Definitely a bucket list item checked off in style. 🌌

One of my favorite places from now on, it's definitely worth the money and an experience of lifetime. Comfortable luxurious full glass ceiling iglus where you can see the night sky, if you're lucky northern lights eaven. You can freely use "Kota" behind the restaurant where you can drink beverages or grill sausage or marshmallows in open fire. The iglu's have it all! Adjustable beds, microwave, shower, bathropes, drinking glasses for every occasion, plates, just name it they got it! You can order breakfast to iglu eaven if you please so or basically anything. Breakfast is plentiful and there is good selection for vegans allso, gluten free bread etc. It's just good! Eaven if you're not staying over you can go and eat it for 18€ fee (2019) Highly recommend and loved by me ♥️

Our family of three stayed here on Dec 10, 2024 with my sister and her family of three. She got a suite which was nice. Unless you get the suite then I guess it would be a 4 star at most. I paid $1000+ for 1 night for this regular Igloo room - it was cramped and feels so weird with a bed in the middle of the room. The shower was even worse. The shower could only fit one skinny person. AND no one mentioned that after 10 minute hot water turned to COLD. My 7 year old had to take a cold plunge shower which he was crying for 3 minutes. They did not mentioned to us that hot water is limited during check in.||The worst part about this place is the FOOD. Holy mother of god, if the management of this place is reading this, please CONSIDER adding a variety of foods for guests. Not just reindeer or deer meat!!! There were only two options: deer meat or raw artic char. We had to resort to eating ramen noodles that we packed from home because I was warned that the menu for their dinner was dismal. I cannot stop with how bad the food was. ||The best part about this place is their special oatmeal for their morning breakfast which was included.||In my opinion it is the worse $1000+ spent for a hotel stay. Just terrible and NO VALUE. I would not stay here for the food alone.||People stay here for the Instagram |Influence. Beware that not everything on IG is real. The igloo itself is nice but not $1000 nice. If the food was at least decent then I wouldn’t mind paying $1000 plus. ||Service was sketchy. Some of the female staff were giving me an attitude upon checking in. The only positive thing with the service when I called for 3 pillows and it came in a reasonable amount of time. ||I usually don’t write reviews but this place compelled me...

I took my partner to Levin Iglut for 2 nights as a surprise proposal and had the most perfect trip. Not only was the location, accommodation, food and scenery incredible, but the staff were extremely attentive and friendly, helping me plan the trip via email for two months prior to arrival.||We had the 5-course menu at Utsu both nights and we're massively appreciative that the chefs curated an entirely different set menu just for us on our second night. The breakfast was also great. It had hints of a European 'continental' breakfast but with rich, local additions such as wild berries and smoked salmon. As for lunch, I would highly recommend paying for the 'Lappish Delicates for two' prior to arrival, this was a great selection of local foods and perfect for snacks between breakfast and dinner.||The room itself was extremely warm and well-equipped, particularly considering the remote location. Around the hotel, we utilised local walks, a warm tiipii with an open fire, and the private sauna and hot tub — all great.||Finally, our trip was made 1 of a kind by Erkki, who runs 'Artic House Safari' and provides private tours from the hotel. He picked us up from the airport in his lovely Landrover, spent Saturday taking us to the top of the mountain and capturing beautiful photos of the proposal, then out hunting the northern lights Saturday evening, and back to the airport Sunday. At every step, he went over and above expectations to make the trip as perfect as possible. Just the coolest, nicest guy.||Will be returning in the early spring to see more of the snow, go skiing and see the...

The Hospitality is very poor , we felt the staffs available for the number of igloo stays were very less 2.Restaurant was pathetic , we informed well in advance our dietary restrictions . During the stay we were provided raw vegetables . The breads were not refilled in the buffet inspite of couple of reminders and none of staffs were bothered 3.Northern Lights Alert / Alarm - Is not a in house siren types , we were asked to connect to a APP which will give us a alert . During our stay there were northern lights on the clouds but the APP did not provide any alert , luckily because we had an another APP installed we got an alert . Even when we came out too much of Lights were turned on , we had to ask Receptionist to Turnoff the main lights , but still because of other lights we had to move out of the property 4.Tough the Stay is a Premium Category we found the entire stay experience not equivalent to a premium category we would rate equivalent to a 3 star property , No Bell Boy for luggage transfers were visible , other than the Igloo's and Marshal Speaker we did not find any value or a premium experience in the Stay 5.Inspite of being a premium category stay , no Recreational activities are there in the stay 6.The Restaurant staffs were not guests friendly Post our stay we were not even asked to provide a customer feedback Form either in Email or in Physical Form , even there website does not have a space for writing reviews .

Overall the stay is not worth it to be categorized as a Premium Stay or Luxurious Stay and we did not find any Value for...
