Unprofessional and Disrespectful Conduct

As customers who had made a reservation in advance and confirmed our arrival, we experienced appalling and unacceptable treatment at this hotel. Despite booking a room over the phone, receiving confirmation, and even notifying them of our late arrival, when we arrived at midnight, we discovered our room had been given to others.

Even more egregious, we learned we weren't the only case - three other families found themselves in the same situation. This behavior indicates a systematic disregard for customers and gross mismanagement.

The receptionist didn't even bother to apologize or offer assistance in finding alternative accommodation. This shows a complete abdication of the hotel's responsibility towards its booked guests.

As a business owner, I view this breach of contract and violation of good faith in business dealings with utmost seriousness. I strongly advise against booking rooms at this hotel, as there is no guarantee that reservations will be honored.

In conclusion, this was a disappointing and frustrating experience that severely impacted our vacation. I call on the hotel management to drastically improve their practices and honor their commitments to...

We made a reservation via the phone, they took my phone number and name, few hours later when I arrived to the hotel they said that there is no room and there was few people booked at the same time the same room, I asked her why she didn’t call to let us know and she didn’t have anything to say about it. This hotel has saved us during a trip to France. Our car broke down late on a Saturday and thankfully we were able to get a family room for the weekend while we wait for repairs on Monday. The family room is actually 2 rooms like a mini apartment. The staff were extremely helpful when we were stressed and spoke to our recovery agents over the phone due to language barriers. I cant recommend this hotel enough...it has...
