Hotel Inn Design Moutiers — Hotel in Albertville

This hotel is 2*. |In need of totally refurbishment, looks terrible from the outside, worn out curtains and wooden rotten frames. ||On arrival meet by male ? Job role? who was very talkative and looked unhappy shouting…. Come on in Come on In ???||Very quick check in … no paperwork and room keys handed over. ||Rooms were clean but very smelly, water was brown!!! |One desk/ chair very basic. |Shower looked newish but took 10 mins to warm up! ||Not able to lock door from inside.. No security at all. ||After driving 600 miles was told by reception NO Hot drinks/water etc until breakfast @7am. ||Website said snack menu available as there is no restaurant. After speaking to reception he told me to ring a number for a Delivery Pizza from town !!||WHAT Never again Avoid...

We’re in Moutiers for a ski trip, but unfortunately all other places are fully booked hence this awfully distant hotel.First off, the hotel is terribly hard to get to. You will need to climb up a small hill to get there (nightmare if you’re returning from a day’s skiing 😅)Secondly, the staff at the reception is not really friendly or helpful. She speaks no English and it was very difficult to communicate. Luggage storage before check in is always not available.The room is not very sanitary either. Bed bugs were spotted and the extra quilt we asked for was dirty.The room was not equipped with kettle and there were even no cups before we asked…..Yet the hotel charges still a lot, which was obviously...

At first the comminucation and service was fine,

But ather our leave from home to the hotel everything went downwards.

No comminucation response afther multible calls in the car first 2 minutes music and afther just beeping no response in any posible way.

Afther we arrived the room was dirty, aswell as the carpet and bathroom

On the towels we found poop?!?! Molding everywere and the toilet seat was lose it just fell off. And all of that for the lovely price of 170 a room a night
