Camping Les Lupins — Hotel in Altkirch

We stayed here for a week in June, on arrival we found that the campsite was quiet with only a couple of other guests. The owners were very welcoming and friendly, they apologised for the slightly unkempt look of the site as they had only taken over 2 weeks previous. The grass needed mowing and the pool needed cleaning but I understood the weather had been against them. After a couple of days the weather improved, the pools were cleaned although the surroundings still needed a lot of work - weeding, grass cut etc. The small play area is ok to pass half an hour in, a week in and the grass is still not cut in it which makes it less appealing. ||The 3 bedroom chalet we were staying in had adequate space for our party of 3 adults & 2 children. The kitchenette had most equipment we needed, we also had asked for a bbq and did most of our cooking on it. One of the nights we supplemented our meal with a portion of chips from the small cafe onsite, they were very fresh and delicious. This little cafe sells a good selection of icecreams, cold drinks, coffee and limited hot food. ||Nearby in the village (5 mins walk) there are two good boulangeries, an Intermarché, tabac and a couple of restaurants. Platz schön gelegen inmitten eines alten Baumbestandes. Grosse Parzellen, oft ca. 100 m2. Auswahl zwischen sonnigen und schattigen Stellplätzen. Wasserstellen über den sehr langgezogenen Platz verteilt, allerdings funktionieren nicht alle. Kein Licht im Raum für den Geschirrabwasch - 2023 hatte es dann Licht. Sanitäranlagen etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber. kurzer Stromausfall tagsüber, einmal nachts etwas länger (jedoch kein Problem). Sehr schönes, grosses Schwimmbad (und ein Kinderbecken) - Leider beim Aufenthalt im September 2023 bereits geschlossen, obwohl es an einigen Tagen über 30 Grad heiss war. Gutes Boulodrome. Lärmquellen: Werkhof, Schule, Mehrzweckhalle und Fussballplatz unterhalb des Campingplatzes, jedoch meistens kein Problem. Direkter Zugang vom Campingplatz auf die piste cyclable de la Largue (auf einer ehemaligen Bahntrasse) - Ausgangspunkt für schöne Velotouren. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Mehrere Bäckereien in Seppois-le-Bas (2024 eingeschränkte Öffnungszeiten), Supermarkt (Intermarché) in Seppois-le-Haut (zu Fuss erreichbar), sehr grosser (Super-) Supermarkt (E. Leclerc) in Hirsingue (ca. 9 km vom Campingplatz entfernt), gleich daneben ein (DE-) Discounter. Wir, CH-Paar, 1955 und 1959, mit Wohnwagen, 6 Wochen Aufenthalt vom 8. Mai bis 19. Juni 2022. Preis pro Woche EUR 100.00 + EUR 4.20 taxe de sejour (2 Personen). Ergibt einen Preis von knapp EUR 15.00/Tag - ausgezeichnetes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. In der Hochsaison (Juli/August) EUR 125.00/Woche + taxe de séjour.

Zweiter Aufenthalt vom 30. April bis 4. Mai 2023 (4 Nächte). Vorzeitige Abreise wegen der schlechten Wettervorhersage. Der Campingplatz ist immer noch ein sehr attraktiver Ferienort.

Weiterer Aufenthalt vom 3. bis 17. September 2023 (14 Tage). Wasserstelle, die es letztes Jahr am nächsten zu unserem Stellplatz (Nr. 13) hatte, gibt es nicht mehr - Schade. Insgesamt wieder ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Campingplatz eignet sich bestens als Basis für (E-) Velotouren im Sundau und in die nahe Heimat (Schweiz). Preis 2023: EUR 110.00 je Woche (d.h. + EUR 10.00 gegenüber 2022) + taxe de séjour. Ergibt für uns (2 Wochen) einen Preis von EUR 16.31/Nacht - immer noch sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Weiterer (vierter) Aufenthalt vom 8. April bis 16. April 2024 (8 Nächte; geplant war längerer Aufenthalt, aber frühzeitige Heimkehr, da der Winter noch mal zurück kam ...). Dieses Mal Stellplatz Nr. 102 gewählt. Frischwasser direkt neben dem Stellplatz - sehr komfortabel. Preis 2024: EUR 120.00 je Woche + taxe de séjour (EUR 0.50/Person und Nacht). Ergibt einen Preis von EUR 18.14/Nacht. Immer noch gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Einzelne Nächte kosten EUR 19.00 (+ taxe de séjour).

Weiterer (fünfter) Aufenthalt vom 18. Mai bis 12. Juni 2025 (25 Nächte). Stellplatz Nr. 101. Frischwasser direkt neben dem Stellplatz - sehr komfortabel. Preise wie 2024. Campingplatz eignet sich hervorragend als Ausgangspunkt für schöne Velotouren. Wetter wechselhaft. Trotzdem einmal das sehr schöne Schwimmbad benützt. Boulodrome sollte besser gepflegt werden! Hoffentlich Aufenthalt auf Campingplatz Les Lupins auch 2026...

Camping à fuir d’urgence !

Une honte. Ce camping est une arnaque à ciel ouvert. Le site internet vous vend du rêve, mais une fois sur place, c’est cauchemar sur cauchemar.

À l’arrivée, aucun accueil digne de ce nom. Les "jeux pour enfants" ? Un baby-foot et un billard... payants ! Le reste : des allées sales, envahies de mauvaises herbes, un portail cassé qui pend, un autre complètement obstrué. Tout donne une impression de laisser-aller total.

Le chalet ? Dégueulasse. Prises arrachées, plaque de cuisson inutilisable (manque des boutons), hotte scotchée (oui, SCOTCHÉE), grasse, immonde. Douche avec moisissures, pression d’eau ridicule, douchette cassée .couverture sale

La piscine ? Le pompon : eau sale, verdâtre, les bords glissants et couverts de mousse verte, les dalles se décrochent et limite tombent a l eau

Les fameuses animations ? Inexistantes. Le camping est vide, triste, sans âme. Les structures gonflables montrées sur le site ? Un seul château, dangereux. Le site web n’a pas été mis à jour depuis des années. On vous vend du rêve, et on vous livre un terrain vague.

La nourriture ? Une honte : crêpes industrielles passées au micro-ondes avec du Nutella. Même ça, c’est bâclé.

Et la gestion ? Catastrophique. La gérante passe ses journées à fumer et à critiquer les clients. Je l’ai entendue personnellement insulter des vacanciers, les traitant de “gitans”, “RSA”, “CAF”, “clochards”, … C’est inacceptable. Ses clopes sont déjà roulées, posées dans un pot sur la table. Un soir, les gendarmes ont même dû intervenir à cause d’un conflit. Et pourtant, les vacanciers étaient parfaitement dans leur droit.

Aucune animation pour les enfants, rien à faire, rien à voir. Même le poulailler est à l’abandon et dégoûtant.

Je n’arrive pas à comprendre comment ce camping a encore 3 étoiles. Il ne respecte plus rien, ni normes, ni sécurité, ni hygiène. Il devrait tout simplement être fermé car plus rien...
