We stayed at this hotel on our way back home from the South and had booked just minutes before arrival late at night. What a pleasant surprise. The lady at check-in was very friendly and helpful and we managed to settle down very quickly in new, very clean, spacious and modern rooms with excellent beds. The breakfast in the morning was also excellent and we enjoyed the whole atmosphere in the hotel. When we had just been back on the highway, we realized that we had forgotten four rings in the bathroom, called the reception immediately and they were so kind to check for us and secure the rings. They were sent back to us without any hassle. That is what I call excellent customer service. Thank you again for your help and understanding. I can only recommend this hotel as a haven to relax and enjoy and we will come back on our travels...

There was no one on reception to ask. It looked like whomever was on reception was also on breakfast duty. A woman finally appeared and told us to take a spare plate from the couple of tables that were set, but these were only half set with items missing so there still wasn't enough plates or cutlery. I think their two main selling points were poor and not at all worth the price. As the last hotel, of several trips around the continent. This...
Read moreNeat and tidy hotel, modern rooms, good bed. I liked that in our room the toilet and sink/shower were in two separate rooms.
Two problems with the hotel: if you use Google Maps to navigate, it will send you to the back of the hotel where there is no entrance. Navigate to "Botanic Poulainville" instead. You only get 1 key card per room instead of 1 key card per person. That is not very handy, because all the entry doors and elevator require this card. You can't go anywhere and let the roommate stay in the room (if you take the key card from the wall mount, the power turns of and your room mate is...
