Our room was ostensibly one of the larger rooms (I think 217) however it was by no means large. That would not be a big issue, the trouble is as can be seen in the attached photo the bathroom is extremely close to the bed. Secondly, the "door" to bathroom is not a door, it's an accordion slider. What this means is that if you are not traveling alone, you had better feel extra super duper comfortable with your traveling companion. There will be nothing that goes unheard. That's the room. Besides a bad door what else you have is as follows: 1. Precisely two towels. No more, no less and asking for more, depended upon who was at the front desk gave a different response. If it was the *manager* I was told each room is given two towels and the implication being that asking for more was asking for extra. Let me be clear, for two people, two large towels. No hand towels, just two towels. 2. There is a single soap in the entire bathroom, a dispenser mounted on the wall in the shower "area" which I suppose is also supposed to be the shampoo and/or bodywash commonly provided in equally priced hotels. 3. The absolute cheapest toilet paper I have ever used in my life. 4. The air conditioning did work with some help from the front desk... not well, but it worked. Overall, for the price, you can do better. It's not a fancy hotel, and the price isn't fancy either but for $50-60 45 minutes outside of the city, you can absolutely do better.

Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs I recently stayed at this two-star hotel in Paris, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The noise from the street was unbearable. The windows had broken seals, so it felt like I was practically outside, with all the traffic noise flooding in. The cleanliness was shockingly bad; I could measure the dust in centimeters. The bathroom was a tiny, plastic cubicle that felt like it belonged in a caravan, with a constant foul odor of sewage and cigarette smoke. The breakfast was very sparse and disappointing. The only positive aspect of my stay was the free parking, but that hardly made up for everything else. The room was infested with tiger mosquitoes and even a few spiders, which made the experience even worse. What’s more shocking is that despite raising these issues with the hotel, they refused to give me a refund. The other rooms they offered had similar problems. To top it all off, I found out that previous guests had even used the pillows — or cushions, to be exact — to kill mosquitoes. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. It was a nightmare from start to finish.

This hotel refused an item that was coming on a delayed flight directly from an airport courier (AN INFANT CARSEAT), both me and my husband notified the other staff that it would be coming. The night the courier attempted to deliver the reception staff told the courier “we needed to contact them (receptionist)… we attempted calling eight times at 11 PM… the staff didn’t answer the phone… because of this we took public transport the whole time, stuck paying for a rental car, I didn’t have a car seat at home because of all of this issues with it being refused. car seats are legally required in the European Union… if the hotel doesn’t resolve, this legal actions will be taken. The one day we didn’t have a choice and not using the rental car. My son was in a forward facing car seat when he’s not developed enough for forward facing. Multiple other issues a the hotel is still refusing a refund saying “it was a language barrier”…. I’m not sure why a hotel would ever refuse a bag coming from an airline.
