When we arrived, the mobilehome was very dirty, so we had to go out to buy cleaning products before we could unpack and settle in. We had to drive for 30 minutes to buy cleaning products from Hyper U. We were not happy to have to make this extra drive. The next day, the gas stopped working so we had no hot water. Because the reception is not open in the afternoon, we had to wait until 5pm, and could not shower, cook or wash dishes. The maintenance promptly fixed the gas problem which was good. ||||The next day, there was no water at all so we could not even drink water. The reception was closed again all afternoon, the bar was closed, so we had no drinking water. I told the reception and they said it was affecting everyone and that it will be fixed soon. When it came on, the water was brown and disgusting, even after running it for over 5 minutes. When reception finally opened again, I told them that we were all very thirsty and the children were thirsty (middle of summer) and can they please give us some bottled water to drink as we cannot drink the brown water. They did not give us any water and did not seem to care that we were all thirsty. She told me we could go to the bar (which was not open yet), to fill up our water bottles. I was not happy with this as it was a very hot day and we had been without water for several hours since reception is closed for so long. ||||Reception is closed for a long time so if there is a problem (which there seems to be a lot of), it cannot get resolved until 5pm. ||I am not happy that I paid all of that money and had problems every day we were there! It is not acceptable for this to happen then for management to not care because the problem affects all the campers. Management should have been apologetic and should have had free bottled water for all of the campers. ||||I was not happy with all of the problems that kept happening, the place was dirty, gas ran out, water ran out, management didn't seem to care or do anything to fix the issues. They didn't even apologise. The receptionist when we arrived was very friendly, and the pool staff and lady who runs the kids dancing was so friendly and helped our children have a great time. ||I don't think it was worth the money I paid because of all of the problems that kept happening and the filthiness of...

Read moreWe spent the last weekend at the Camping La Dune. İt was first time for me and my friend at a camping. It was an interesting experience for both of us. The camping area has fresh air and about 150 mt to the beach but the mobile home was old and need some renovation. You can not able to walk without creacking inside the home. The check in time is 4 pm but check out is 10 a.m. İt is not so good if you get there early you need to wait and the reception is closed between 2-4 p.m. The mobile home has many things you may need like stuffed kitchen,a small fridge, owen, pans, plates, hot running water etc. You may buy food, drinks etc from the market that was very expensive 5 minutes drive to the camping or you may go to the Carrefour where is about 11 km away. The beds were not so comfortable. There were no swatter on the windows and there were no A.C and T.V. You need to make a check list when you first get to the mobile home by yourself and you must do it and cleaning when you leave it. İt is strange that there must be a staff when you do that check but no. İf I do all that stuff by myself why do I stay there and pay so much money? The young guys at the two homes away were making so much noise at 3 a.m and had to warn them. There is another strange thing was there were no security guard or a staff to complain. I do not know do I have to warn or discuss with the people at 3 am when I am on a vacation? There must be a 24 hours reception or staff to avoid that kind of problems of course if management or owners care of it. Another issue was the driving and parking inside the camping area were forbidden so called at the weekend but everybody except us was driving and parking! ||They say due to security reasons the main entrance door at the forest side has combination lock but the other door through to the beach was open almost all the time ! The wi fi was only available at the restaurant. We had so much trouble there but the area and beach was nice. The sea was very cold and no shower or toilet at the beach by the way. I think I will not stay...
