Lovely site full of trees, really friendly staff, I would say peaceful but our neighbours were far from that!! If they had have been quieter we would probably have stayed another night. Pool area looked clean but we didn't use it. We had a pizza & beer in the club house area which was nice & again people were very friendly. Sanitary facilities were very clean although no toilet roll but that's not a negative just an observation. Campers were interminganled with static vans & cabin which was nice, each nay had water & electric

Stayed here for 13 nights in the summer|Faulty quiet site with medium sized pitches |Owner is lovely, friendly and speaks fairly good English |Able to choose own pitch from a section upon arrival- variety of shape and sizes|Take strong tent pegs as ground stoney|Most shaded which is welcome in 30+ degree heat|Some pitches nearer swimming pool might be s little less peaceful|But general site very quiet apart from disco one evening a week and occasional loud speaker announcements (eg pizza delivery is here). Also donkey in farm next door which brayed- we loved it! |Smallish pool but never busy & always room on chair or sunbed|Good service at bar-crepes for €1.5 on Sunday's, ice block freezing for €0.5, bread, croissants etc can be ordered in the eve for collection next morning.|Unisex showers and loos- clean but loos have no seat and bring your own loo roll and soap|Showers good temperature and though smallish cubicles were clean and adequate|There are a couple of communal BBQ areas and this is only place you can BBQ|The one near is just had room for 2 bbqs but we were always able to use when wanted|Occasional farmer/seller arrived on site to sell veg, fruit, bakery ||Nearest town is Ceret|Great (big) market on Saturdays|Lovely oldish town with lots of paces to eat, art museum and lovely tree lined roads. Good car park ||Nearest supermarkets- netto and l'eclerc on road out of Ceret|Others near by - lidl past Ceret on road to Amelie les Bains||25 min drive to coast along lovely roads with mountain views|Best beaches- Paulilles- car park then 5/10 min walk along signposted path|Etang-de-Canet - car parking on road, no buildings, very quiet with amazing kite surfers at one end of looong beach|Racou- a little busier but still not too built up and with restaurant on beach||Also St jean pla de cort- lovely lake with pedalos, beach, high ropes and nice 15 min stroll on paths round lake....

Dazu erklärte man uns, man hätte damit irgendwas desinfiziert, o.Ä.
