This is by far the fanciest Hostel I’ve ever stayed in the past 25 years and unbelievably reasonably priced! Everything is spotless. The spaces are wide open. The food is gourmet and very reasonably priced. The beverage selection is vast. Access is very secure and appreciated, visiting with my 2 teenage daughters. The age of the people staying and working there spans generations. That being said, there are a few opportunities like most European budget accommodations there is no air conditioning. Understood. How about a fan though? Ceiling fans would be amazing! Then we could keep the windows and nice blackout curtains closed to block longer daylight and outdoor noise that is so loud enforce your 10 pm quiet times, see above no AC add a shower curtain to finish closing the shower off so teenagers don’t flood the bathroom while showing and have to use all the towels around to dry it add hooks in the bedroom- either on the walls or the very nice shelves provided. They disappear less often than hammers also!

Read moreWe stayed in a private room for one night. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. Towels, a hairdryer, shampoo gel, soap, and toilet paper were all provided. The sheets, room, and bathroom were spotless. Our room was warm (we stayed in January). The internet worked smoothly both in the lobby and in the room. The staff was polite and helpful. It was definitely a good value-for-money accommodation experience.
For breakfast, you need to pay €12 per person. We checked the breakfast in the morning—it wasn’t bad, but considering the price, we decided not to have it. The hostel’s location is great, close to many places in the city. There’s a free shuttle service to the city center that departs right next to the hostel. We parked our car in the paid parking lot next to the hostel, which cost...
