We spent 4 nights at this nicely furnished and decorated B&B, arriving every night around midnight just to say hello to Luc who was always up, relaxing in the living room, ready to help if there was something... We enjoyed comfy sleep (didn´t hear the bells chime from nearby church at all during night as some reviewer was complaining - only in the morning). After light breakfast (traditional sweet pastry, marmelade, croissants, yoghurts, fruit ... no sausages, eggs etc) we were again all set up for exploring the country. The pool seemed clean - at this time of year we didn´t have a swim. The room service was very precise. Towels changed every day, bedlinen once, good quality matrasses, additional blankets in case of cold feet... We chose suite, with bath tub and toilet (no door) Btw. we were the only guests and enjoyed the quietness of the amenities. But since we are party easygoing people, we surely wouldn´t mind a bit of night noise ... For our slight disappointment we haven´t had chance to taste local tapas provided by the B&B. We came in pre-season. The owners are really very kind. Carcassone is a stone´s throw away as well as other Qatar castles/ruins - you definitely have to visit Montsegur, sandy beaches at Argeles sur Mer, Pont du Gard near Nimes etc... there is a highway exit very close to the B&B, don´t need to drag along...

The hotel itself is just stunning - amazing location, the grounds are exquisite, there's a neat little military museum up the road. ||The room that we stayed in was so atmospheric - really rustic and honestly, it was everything a hotel in France ought to be! ||Plenty of towels provided, shower gel, shampoo - even cotton buds! Would definitely return to Floure with the express reason to visit this hotel again!||||Yes the church bell next door chimes on the hour through the night but really, after the first hour or two you just don't hear it again - and even if you do it is quite soothing and just adds to...

The house is full of charm and individuality; the room was spacious and light-filled, airy and comfortable; the hosts were welcoming, helpful and friendly without being intrusive or fussy. Because of awkward timing we had not managed to get lunch and our hosts rustled up a perfect platter of pate, cheese and wine without a murmur. We dined there that evening and had the delicious breakfast in the garden the following morning. Everything about the place made us feel we would definitely...
