Courtyard by Marriott Paris Creteil — Hotel in Créteil

this hotel is a disgrace for Marriott, do not stay there!!! Actually I have to warn you that Marriott just ignores any customer loyalty and you might be better off with Hilton honors!||||I am a years long titanium member and more than eighteen consecutive years gold.|Booked a king size bed(room) due to my size which is almost two meters or 6'6.||Checked in online for 10pm arrival but meetings went longer, had delays so I had to push up my arrival to 11:45pm. Mind, I have not a single no show to my decades with Marriott Bonvoy. When I finally left for the hotel it was 23:30 so I called ahead as it was a one hour drive. Which at this point was not necessary as there were many hotels at this place. However, the clerk confirmed that the room was ready for me.|Upon my arrival I got sent to another hotel with the explanation that the hotel is fully booked and I don't have room. In this hotel they also only had one room with single bed. Ways too small so I couldn't sleep during the night.|The next morning, the clerk at Courtyard refused to put any discount by charge to full rate on my room so I Marriott made me pay for a kingsize bed when I got a single bed in a dorm style room. ||Result: I will never stay in this hotel again and also put go back to earning...

As a visitor to France who did not want her 3-month visit to end, I had a stellar experience at this hotel on my last night before returning to the US. The hotel team were extremely kind, attentive, and willing to serve. As a solo traveler, it is always so wonderful to be made to feel important and cared for, and I was so appreciative for their hospitality. Antoine and Katie welcomed me upon my arrival, as if I was a long-lost relative! David, the GM Asst kindly suggested where to have dinner and later that evening helped me with a minor personal mishap with equal grace and kindness. In the morning, the breakfast was lovely, and my new friends Jaga, Zakaria were at the front desk to be as helpful as possible. Antoine kindly assisted me to check out, and I promised I would return in the future. My entire experience was such a pleasure.

I worked in Hospitality for many years, and I am always especially appreciative when made to feel special and important, and that my being a guest matters. I highly recommend this hotel...
