We stayed at this campsite for 6 nights. When we arrived we were given the option of choosing the pitch for our tent. They offered us the option of hiring a fridge but we stumbled upon a problem - our extension cable was english and the plug was French - not problem Charlotte and Axel gave us a french to english adaptor and then told us where we could buy one for future use. Our two boys (10 and 8) loved the kids club - there were little touches that made it special - in the morning they made biscuits and fruit kebabs that were eaten on the afternoon activity a visit to the local river. At this campsite you didn't have to time your shower as there was constant hot water for both showering and washing the dishes. The couple that run this site seem to take for granted the fabulous service they offer - they work tirelessly from early in the morning to late at night ensure that all their guests are looked after. We would definately stay at this campsite again and recommend it to anyone travelling...
Read moreWe were about to sleep in a normal little 'house'!Something happened and they canceled it. So our only choise was to sleep in a tend!! Not the best idea with this weird weather....But still i was not satisfied! It was very uncomfortable there and the rain and the wind was unstoppable..The toilettes (unless you have the luck to rent a little house there) were public......It was a little bit far for us it was cold ( not even a heater into the tent as we thought that they would have and i think that they said that there is a heater) ....I think that if we had the chance to rent a little 'tree'house there we would have a better experience! One of our friends had one! It was little nothing special but cute.:) Friendly staff! Good place to play! Not the best idea to visit it in May.!!! Yesterday i lived the coldest day of my life! If you go there don't sleep in a tend unless...
Read moreWe stayed at this campsite for a few days and even though it was a nice campsite, we didn't feel totally at home. This might just be our issue. We have realised that maybe we don't like campsites with pitches on different levels that much. So if you read this and you don't like split level campsites..this is not for you. However, of you like them, then this is a great campsite for you. It's really clean, the pitches are big, the owners are really friendly and all in all it's a good campsite!|A swimmingpool, an option to order bread, icecreams and we even had a live performance while we were there|If we could give 1 tip to the owners, the signposting on the road could be better. The one you have now are a little small and we nearly missed it. Other then that, thanks for the few nice days staying on...
