Nous vous informons de notre très mauvaise expérience avec MAS OSMEEA. Nous avons réservé le 14 janvier la totalité du mas pour 2 nuits en mai 2025. Fin mars Mme Boulay nous a contacté pour annuler notre réservation pour 9 personnes sans aucune explication! Un relogement nous a été proposé sans comparaison avec les prestations de MAS OSMEEA. Même si nous avons été remboursé de l'intégralité de notre séjour avec dédommagement de 250€, nous nous sommes retrouvés dans l'obligation de nous reloger .
