Residence Le Home — Hotel in Grenoble

Spent 6 months (January to June) in 2024 during my Erasmus exchange. Really perfect location for a student both in Phelma and Campus, 5-10 min on foot to Victor Hugo (city centre). Fast and stable wifi, open to connect up to 5 devices. Hot water almost 24/7 and reliable heat during winter. A nice choice for any student who wants to live by themselves, rooms ~15 m² with private bathroom and small kitchen in room. Lavoratory available across the street in another CROUS facility, easy and available to use. Super markets and stores near by, tram A and C stops just next to the building. Overall happy...

The room is okay, but the noise is too much. You can hear everything going on in the nearby rooms. The Crous clearly neglected soundproofing the walls. A very bad place to live in. Chambre chère par rapport à la surface et au autres résidence. électricité à payer sois même (chose que je n'ais jamais vue dans un crouss). Entretien zéro. Cela fait 3 semaine que je suis arriver, on a à disposition antenne tv et accès à internet. Rien de ne marche même après avoir étais porter réclamation auprès des bureaux. Pour réparer les problèmes. Étant étudiant j'ai du payer 20€ de hors forfait internet à cause de recherche et exposer pour mes études étant donner que je n'avais pas accès à internet. Après avoir fait un état des lieux de ma chambre et signaler des problèmes de dysfonctionnements, aucun agent de service ou autres n'ai venue me réparer tous sa.
