if you do not want your time wasted do not book at this hotel. Matter a fact, stay far away from this place. I booked an reservation online, and received a confirmation letter via email, text message, and phone call. when I arrived for my check in, the young gentleman stated he couldn't fine me in the system, and my reservation was cancel due to my credit card not working, it definitely wasn't my credit card because I used the same one to rent a car and the same one to book a different hotel after the horrendous experience with this one. the young gentleman, and also other lady at the front said I should have received at phone call which I didn't. so shame on them. they said to do the reservation again which I did, and he stated again its having the same problem, so he said to use a different card. I tried handling him a different card which he said to hold on a min. I am standing there for at least 20 mins while him, two other ladies are just sitting there talking. In what reason I have to wait so long to give you my card while you're not doing anything but talking. I then asked him again, and he refused again to take my card. after that, he goes back to ignoring me, and went to talk to the co workers again. so I simply said I will take my business somewhere, which I did. I went to a different better hotel, and the check in took me less than 5 mins and man checking me in was so helpful and supported which is something I never got at the Appart'City...
Read moreWe really enjoyed the location of this hotel, it was 15 minutes from CDG and 30-40 minutes from downtown Paris by car. The area around the hotel is immensely walkable with a grocery store, bakery, restaurants, and cafes within a 5-10 minute walking distance. I really enjoyed the nearby Shawarma place, and the Cafe du Nord in particular.||||The staff were helpful and most were able to converse fluently in English.||||We were grateful to find a room that could house 4 people and the kitchenette was super convenient.||||My main concern with this hotel is in the state of the bathrooms and room maintenance in general. Some family members of ours were in another room that flooded every time someone took a shower, and our room also had evidence of mildew/water damage in the bathroom area, the shower door did not seal/close correctly. The door to the kitchenette would not open fully and scraped against the floor.||||The bedding was mediocre to poor, I expected the sofa bed to be uncomfortable, but the main bed was not much better. Pillows were not comfortable.||||Overall my review may sound critical and negative, but I would stay here again if the price differential (almost 2X for a nicer hotel) was the same due to the convenience and enjoyment of exploring the...
Read moreThe rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable, with high-quality bedding and excellent soundproofing. But the door had the problem of not opening, the bathroom sink drainage wasn’t working, bathroom door knob wasn’t working as well. The housekeeping - the cleaning wasn’t good enough - they cleaned rooms selectively.
❌ What needs serious improvement:
The overall attitude of the staff was cold, arrogant, and unwelcoming, particularly in the breakfast area and towards INDIANS for sure. No empathy, ruthless responses, not a single apology, and zero response to basic requests.
Coffee machines were out of milk, breads were intentionally not given to the indian group when they ran out and were told that it got finished, five minutes later on someone else’s they brought the bread right away.
While the rooms and cleaning staff lived up to the hotel’s 4-star label, the hospitality side clearly did not.
This hotel has potential, but it desperately needs a wake-up call in terms of staff training and...
