First time I am experiencing a thalasso stay and I really enjoyed it. The location is so nice, right on the beach, the staff is very nice. The pool can get quite busy so I would recommend getting there as early as possible. The breakfast buffet was nice but I felt like some things were not restocked which was a shame. Le spa Ă©tait correct, mais le jacuzzi nâĂ©tait mĂȘme pas chaud. Ensuite, au moment dâaller au restaurant, on se rend compte que lâon ne nous a pas donnĂ© le bon. Quand on retourne le demander, lâaccueil est tout simplement inacceptable pour un Ă©tablissement 4 Ă©toiles. DĂ©jĂ , impossible dâavoir un simple sac pour transporter nos affaires. On nous envoie demander un sac poubelle ailleurs, puis finalement on nous donne un sac plastique⊠rien de plus basique.
Ensuite, la rĂ©ceptionniste refuse de nous donner le bon pour le restaurant, en affirmant que sa collĂšgue nous lâavait dĂ©jĂ remis, alors que ce nâĂ©tait pas le cas. Elle a mĂȘme cherchĂ© dans la poubelle et demandĂ© Ă ses collĂšgues au lieu de simplement nous refaire un bon, comme si nous mentions. AprĂšs plusieurs Ă©changes absurdes, elle finit par cĂ©der et nous en refait un.
