Bed bugs! I stayed here Aug 2 and I got bit up with bed bugs in room 105. In the night I was able to change rooms. the front desk clerk lied to me and refused to even give me some trash bags for the clothes and a dryer to kill the bugs. Bed bugs are a serious problem and they require the right solution. The incident caused us to be up all night and next day missed our tour. After the incident, I contacted the hotel manager and I had to send about 3-4 emails for every email they responded to causing me to track him/her down. They assured me my money would be refunded for the room and I gave them all my personal bank details. All their responses they never left a name very cowardly and unprofessional. Then they just stopped responding to my emails. A month later, they never refunded the money and I am still itching from the bed bug bites. Bedbugs happen in all hotels I get it. But… Imagine this happening to you and then you having to constantly contact the hotel and them blowing you off -beyond frustrating and it’s not how you treat other humans. Avoid this hotel at all costs! In addition, The hotel rooms are dirty and the air...

Air conditioning did not work. When we went to tell the staff, they said they would look into it. At nightfall, when we came back, nothing had changed. We went to the reception and the receptionist obviously forgot, but acted as if she was calling the maintenance at 10pm, and they “didn’t pick up”. We eventually had to sleep in 37° weather without air conditioning. When looking at other google maps reviews, you can see that everyone in the past 4 years mentioned that the air conditioning didn’t work (just search for the word air conditioning).

Furthermore, the bathroom was terrible. The shower curtain couldn’t close, the toilet was practically in the shower, and the toilet seat would not stay up, so you had to hold it if you wanted to use the toilet. The soap dispenser was covered in mold, just like 80% of the shower.

The breakfast was ok, decent, however, we had to wait 20 min in line just to be able to get a slice of bread.

Overall second last place in my list of hotel visits. The only thing that made this hotel better than the worst hotel I’ve stayed at is that there weren’t any cockroaches.

|I travel a lot for a job in Europe and it happened to see strange or unacceptable situation in hotel but I never felt bad as I felt in 3 days here. There was no one able to speak a word in English. We supposed to be there 3 days and they gave to us one towel each so with one towel you had to wash your face your body and all the rest. The room is really small and they call bathroom what is not a bathroom. You have a cabin that one person is not able to stay inside and is a plastic cabin as in vessels. the first day I took a shower and the was not hot water they justified saying that there was a problem. After I took a shower with a cold water I realised that there was a lake in the cabin bwcoise off course that was not a bathroom that you can call like that. The evening we came back and the card had expired so we stayed one hour out of the hotel till midnight bwcoise no one was there to open to us and the number you have to call was not available. Fortunately after more than one hour arrived someone.... Really really bad experience not even...
