WOW !!!!|This is a most delightful, good value, family owned and operated French campsite.|Situated along the tranquil southbank of the meandering River Seine, on the edge of the beautiful Fontainebleau National Forest (ideal for walking, cycling, bouldering or even taking life a little easier), it is only a short walk from the ancient market town of Melun (with its excellent bus and rail connections) and a nice ride from the artists village of Barbizon and the chic town of Fontainebleau ( with its great choice of shops, boutiques, restaurants, creparies and Palatial Chateau ).|The campsite / petite resort of La Belle Ètoile is an oasis of relaxation for the old and young alike, for individuals, families, couples or rallies with its own little bar, pizza restaurant (very clean and delicious handmade recipes for all tastes and requirements), wonderful NEW swimming pool, games and boules area.
