The location of the hotel is on the French side- but any taxi can get you there easily from any side of the airport- Swiss, Germans or French etc. It is about 10- 15 mins drive. Walking can be tricky, and probably would be too far anyway, so its better to book a taxi. We stayed there overnight because of cancelled flight, and our flight company provided accommodation on their behalf, so we dont really know the prices for the rooms and services. The room provided was a double room, with a intermediate door in between our and another room. We liked room a lot, it was really good and more than you would usually expect from the room in 4* hotel. Big screen tv, kettle with ability to make tea and coffee (no milk), mini kitchen with microwave, sink, kitchen cupboards with plates, and electric mini cooker (no oven). Beds were comfortable, so we had a good rest after long day. We liked the bathroom as well, with reasonable bath tub and rain shower, touch botton for lights on the side of the mirror, and smart toilet seat with push buttons control. Laundry service is available as well. As we did like the room however, we did not like the service that was provided. As for the dinner guests who were staying over because of the cancelled flight, all were pushed to one side of the dinning (about 25 individuals), and on the other there were all other guests. We had a selection of 1 meal and water. No vegetarian option for you, so if you are not a meat eater then no meal for you. As I took the stake meal that was provided, it was cooked the way restaurant decided to cook it for me, so my preference was ignored. Fries were burned and the only "okay" food was boiled vegetables. We ordered drinks for our table, and before those drinks were served waitress ran to our table and asked to pay for the drinks "right now". Another waitress informed us that they ran out of deserts, which we didnt even want to have after all of such service. Luckily there is a local supermarket just 5 mins walk from the hotel, where we found a fantastic cafe (when entering the mall, turn right and you will see that shop). Sandwitch baguettes were amazing, tasty coffee deserts, and even if the staff do not speak in english we did not have any trouble ordering. Next day we went to the same cafe for breakfast, not wishing to ruin our stay with the experience we got the other day from staff in the restaurant. Overall we did like the room, it was comfortable enough for your daily needs. Unfortunatelly we cant say that we would stay im the same hotel, even if it was only the staff that were disorganized and did not make us feel welcomed at all, in the end it is all about the service that you receive, which you expect to be good, and as such it was not. I am sure it was only in this hotel that staff members were not adequate enough, and I believe in other chain hotels we would get a much better service and stay over experience. But even if it is the case, and we liked the facilities we would not stay in this or any other chain hotels again. It was an experience that you would not want to...

When I awoke in the morning it turned out I had cut my leg in 2 places, on checking the bed in more detail I found there was a razor-sharp piece of plastic that was attached to the mattress topper and had come through the sheets and cut my leg, so not very good...
Read moreI have been staying at Accor hotels since a long time, but never have I encountered such bad service. We had a family suite and upon our arrival the light in the kids room was not working and so we told this to the people at reception. We couldn’t leave as we didn’t know if our room will be changed or whether the light will be fixed. On again asking, the lady at the reception told that the technician isn’t available and all other rooms are fully booked. She was really rude in here speech and attitude. Next day around 12, we again asked about it she told us she isn’t sure what time technician would be available and then very impolitely she said she isn’t a technician. The light was later fixed but the attitude of the people at the reception isn’t acceptable for a service industry. We wanted to talk to the manager but she was never available. We were neither given any compensation nor any apology from any of the staff members. To add to it, the hamam and jacuzzi were not working. There was never any soap in the bath areas of swimming pool. The housekeeping staff were the only polite people at the whole property. Overall it was a bad experience. With the amount per night we paid, it’s absolutely...
