This is a great location and a wonderful piece of property! Nestled between the residential villas, this hotel is small and nice. There is enough free parking in the basement which is very secure and accessible by an elevator. The manager is very nice and very helpful. She badly needs some more help in terms of an assistant or two as she is very busy but inspite of that, she went out of the way to make help us with our queries. Rooms were good and clean but few essential things were missing and on pointing out, everything was made available. Service constraint is easily visible and can be felt due to lack of staff. There is a nice shopping complex nearby at a walking distance and it is a pleasant walk among the residences. There is also a lake nearby where one can spend a peaceful afternoon. Stayed in room 206, after parking car in very secure basement car park (operated by supplied remote control. The room is really an apartment with kitchen area large lounge and bedroom (king size double bed) and en-suite. Individual heating controls for each room worked well in sub-zero temperatures. Very clean with modern interior design and murals. Continental breakfast brought to your room making a nice relaxed start to the day. Ich habe bisher in 2 Zimmern gewohnt während Dienstreisen in 2016 und 2017. Ich habe gemischte Erfahrungen gemacht. Zu erst eine kurze Beschreibung beider Zimmer:||Zimmer 011:Zimmer auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes, ich würde eher ein Zimmer auf der Vorderseite empfehlen, da sie einen Ausblick (Résidence liegt am Hang) auf den See ermöglichen. Zimmer liegt par terre, ich ziehe die oberen Etagen vor, hier kann man auch mal die Tür zum Balkon offenlassen ohne schlechtes Gefühl.||Zimmer 208: ebenfalls auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes, 2ter Stock.||Beide Zimmer mit Dusche, kleiner (separater Raum) Küche (relativ gut ausgestattet mit Wasserkocher, Kochplatten, ohne Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelfach. WZ und Extrazimmer. Teilweise stehen wohl die Doppelbetten im Wohnzimmer und ein zusätzliches Bett im Extrazimmer, teilweise stehen ausziehbare Couches im WZ - ich denke je nach Belegung verteilt die Rezeption entsprechend.||||Die Lage des Hotels ist ruhig aber trotzdem direkt in der Nähe zur N104 - sehr gut. Unterhalb des Hanges an dem das Hotel steht befindet sich ein großes Naturgebiet mit See und schönen Wegen für Spaziergänge oder Sport - sehr schön.||||Allgemeine Pluspunkte: sehr großzügige Appartments mit separater Küche, kleinem aber ausreichendem Bad, Balkon (mini) grosses Wohnzimmer, hier kommt Ferienwohnung-Feeling auf.||||Allgemeine Minuspunkte: nur französiche Fernsehprogramme, französischer Hygienestandard wie Campanile oder Kyriad, man kennt es und muss sich damit arrangieren (für mich immer grenzwertig aber eben normal so wie ich es kenne - alles könnte einfach etwas gepflegter oder perfekter sein, nun ja wir wohnen hier eben nicht 5*).||||Gemischte Erfahrungen: in Zimmer 208 hat der Vormieter eindeutig geraucht - die Putzfrau hat Dufterfrischer versprüht - es war kaum auszuhalten. Auch war der Dunstabzug in der Küche defekt und lief andauernd. Die Rezeptionisten sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wlan war in Ordnung in beiden Zimmern.||||Insgesamt eine Empfehlung, deutlich charmanter als ein Aufenthalt in einer der bekannten...
