PROS. Hotel location was in a good neighborhood very near to one of the main intersections of Paris southern/southeastern districts with shops, metro and bus stops to the city center and Orly Airport. Indoor and outdoor outlook of the hotel in form of design and esthetics were pretty nice. Reception staff were polite, hospitable and cooperative, especially the lady who admitted me the on the night of 25 august 2022, because she was patient enough to listen to my first ever conversation in French, despite my weakness at some points. The gentleman at my check-out on 28 august early morning was also nice in regards to giving me my forgotten ALL points, changing money and finally wishing me all the best politely. Thank you.
CONS: The breakfast staff were not good. The biggest problem was lack of glass, cups, trays and especially breakfast food elements. It happened to me that I had to request them several times to fill up the bowls with the missing cucumber or bread or bringing trays while the personnel stood and just looking without spontaneous reaction to the missing elements. The pancakes were quite cold. The tables were dirty. It took a long time until someone came and cleaned them. Breakfast experience in general was chaotic and overcrowded with lack of desired food and malfunctioning automated warm drinks multi-machine. I missed eggs too. Otherwise the variety of breakfast elements was good.
The single beds next to each other were got separated/pushed too easy. You risk to fall on the floor between them.
The mattress sheets were not changed every day. They just got tidy back to their intended form. I could still find many strands of hair on them.
The blankets must not get pushed under the bed mattress and get fixed like this. They can just hang form the side. They are more easier to pull when one lays on the bed.
The towels hanging under the sink smelled tribble of sweat, proving lack of cleaning with detergent. Towels on the shelf right above the toilet bowl is a very bad idea due to absorbing splashed content of the bowl under washing out. The shelf must be supplied fx with a mounted glass-covered compartment.
Not enough place for the chair to move it back and sit for a comfortable writing experience on those very narrow "tables"/shelves.
Only one electricity plug by the beds. Must be supplied with at least one more for the other bed.
Too expensive for this level of accommodation and service.
GENERAL Rooms comfortable and clean in general. Reception polite and cooperative. Kitchen staff...

The bed was very comfortable; however, my overall experience at the hotel was disappointing.
Firstly, I forgot one of my headphones in the room and immediately contacted reception, asking them to check and retrieve it. Although they promised to call me back, they never did. I followed up the next morning and explained that I could locate the device using my phone and even activate a sound to help them find it more easily. Still, I was told that a new guest had already checked into the room and they couldn’t disturb them. I emphasized that the device is worth €270 and asked for an update the next day, which I never received. The way this situation was handled was careless and unprofessional.
Secondly, the room did not have a refrigerator—something I’ve never encountered in a hotel at this price point.
Thirdly, the breakfast experience was chaotic. There were too many guests, and on the second day, there were no forks, knives, glasses, or trays available. Guests had to wait for used items to be cleaned and returned. Many people were visibly frustrated, with nowhere to sit and long waiting times. It’s hard to understand why the hotel couldn’t simply purchase more basic utensils.
The staff, to their credit, were polite and made extraordinary efforts to accommodate everyone despite the challenging conditions. I genuinely felt sorry for them, as they were clearly under significant pressure and doing their best without adequate support from management.
While the staff were commendable, the overall organization and handling by the hotel management fell far short of...
Read moreMyself, my husband and out two children stayed here from the 24th to 26th May 2024. We had stayed in an Ibis Style before and thats why we choose the hotel group because of previous experience. It was super close to the metro, restaurants in the area and convenient stores. We did online check in (which is super handy and we can give an estimate time of arrival to the hotel) so just had to just collect our key from reception and then lovely lady at reception told us about breakfast. The room was very spacious a large double bed and two single fold out beds from the couch perfect for use as a family of four. The breakfast was perfect exactly what we needed and the staff super helpful. My husband had a beer in the bar said it was lovely. On return to Ireland we discover we left our youngest girls soft teddy's in the hotel. I contacted them right away the following morning, they were found and the most amazing staff member Mégane helped get them back to us in Ireland. We were more than happy to pay for the postage. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay such a great stay and especially to Mégane for getting the soft teddy's back to us which arrived today. If and when we come back to Paris we will stay in yer hotel again....
