I have very mixed feelings on this resort. The location - Amazing. We drove here so was super easy to get to the Disney and the local shopping centre which is great, really big. The staff - Not really present or forthcoming with help. The information staff spoke great English which was helpful. Pool - our kids absolutely loved the pool and we had great hot days so was nice to make the most of the outside. I do see why people are commenting on the cleanliness though, and my daughter has come away with verrucas all over her feet and I even have some. It does say you are not allowed food or drink in the pool but they did let us take water. Be prepared to spend in the cafe if you want to spend all day In there. Other activities - make sure you book well ahead. Bowling - this was ok but when you book they don’t make you aware that your game gets cut off as soon as you get to 50 minutes so ours was cut short half way through our last game which was disappointing. There is also no atmosphere in the bowling alley. Food - not impressed with on site restaurants at all, we went to the mall daily. The burger joint opposite the pool didn’t open up it’s inside so lots of visitors were ordering through the door and having to find somewhere to sit outside with wasps everywhere. Which was also, absolutely filthy! I was nervous about our food from this place but when it came out it was actually nice. We tried on the next night to eat in the nicer restaurant (steak house) and we couldn’t work out if they were actually open or not as they did not open the doors or put the sign out. When we did notice people eating inside we decided to go in and ask, to be told they are closed for 40 mins without explanation - I asked why and they said they are too busy! There was roughly 6 tables taken up. Due to this we decided not to go back. Overall the food places are NOT welcoming or have enough availability. Checking in - not fun at all 🤣. Initial entrance where you get the bands was confusing. The gentleman there did not really speak English so was hard to understand where it is you actually have to go when he has given you the bands 🤦🏼‍♀️. If you are a driver you have to drive 9 mins all the way round which gets you inside the resort to then bring you all the way back round past the initial reception. This part was not fun at 7pm at night after travelling all day. Accommodation 2 bed VIP - the apartment was a lovely size and had everything we needed. Beds weren’t too bad (including the pull out) and we had an amazing view from our top floor balcony. AC unit was super handy and tele’s worked with our Amazon fire stick. WIFI access is great. Balcony could do with a massive freshen up. I even debated how safe the wooden flooring was as it feels it’s going to break when walking round your balcony :/. We couldn’t use our bath as we were provided with a plug that didn’t fit which was odd and when asked for a new one from information it took 2 days to get it. THE WORSE PART FOR ME - I was woken up daily for the full 7 days by our neighbour dragging their dining chairs in and out from under their table from about 6am!! So I am going home super tired after a busy week away and early mornings. I recommend carpet or better flooring is placed under the dining area so the apartments don’t interrupt their neighbours. This drove me crazy. Overall - I would come back but would make sure I book the more expensive accommodations and wouldn’t eat on site. Kids loved the pool and driving school. We enjoyed our week other than being woken up and found the resort very very low on atmosphere.

Where do i begin...... We booked this place through Disney. This place is NOT a hotel or a resort in anyway. It's more like a subpar Air bb. You literally get 1 roll of toilet paper, no hand soap to even wash your hands. You get a k cup style coffee and maker but no creams or sugars. You get 1 tiny pillow each. The rooms were not even close to what I would consider clean by any standard. The floors were filthy. The walls had wall mount holes on the drywall and the paint was all sorts of dog crap. We were extremely disappointed and becausethey had so much potential it made it more frustrating. Th staff was very kknd, but they were understaffed it seemed to us. When you get dropped off, you can't even see the actual reservation desk or any of the water park buildings. So you feel like you're lost. You have to enter through the general population gate along with people coming there for just the day use of the indoor water park. So your in line for 40 mins woth all your luggage and then you get to haul all your luggage a 1/4 mile down a paved path to the second check in/reservation desk. Part of it is gravel, so your struggling to drag suit cases kn wheels through freaking gravel. Then they don't offer to haul your stuff to your room after 18 hours of flights and bus travel from the USA. The bright side. The property itself was beautiful. The fresh air, the nature, the farm area, the all you can eat breakfast, the kids indoor jungle gym was fantastic and the water park was a 6/10. It was clean and fun but several of the slides were shut down and you have to rent towels. There is dining and a really nice well stocked grocery on the campus as well. If they literally just fixed the check in process, made it more like an American airbb and added a few amenities and some minor help woth bag transportation they could be a 4 to 5 star airbb style property. We paid StarCab to take us to and from the park each day, theu were SPOT on. Theu had really clean Mercedes Van's and their drivers were so well dressed. Basically we had a personal service eoir entire stay a d you communicate with them via text through whats ap the whole time and it worked flawlessly. 30 euros each way after 8am and 35 Earp after 830 pm back. We Basically broke even or saved money from not having to rent a car. The cab company does drop you off and pick you up directly in front of your villa. We hope staff sees this and makes corrections. They also have some sanitary plumbing issues, the bathrooms constantly smelled like sewage from gas build upnjn the sanitary pipes and the place smelled bad. The power also went off from 2am to 5am our final night. So do what you will, but next time we would just get 2 rooms at a Disney Park and walk over to the park instead amd have all the amenities needed. Thank you.

Here is my lengthly review of our stay at Villages Nature.||Just returned from a fab 10 night stay at villages nature, arriving Friday 23rd May.||We booked our stay directly with villages nature.||We travelled as a family of 6 (4 adults, 2 kids age 4 + 7) by eurostar to gare du nord, getting a private taxi transfer (Paris Disney Transfer for €220 return in cash) directly to our lodge (VIP cottage 5133). They were on time and very good. It was an 9 seater minibus with a TV to watch films. The journey did take 1.5hrs though as we arrived at gare du nord at 5pm during rush hour.||We chose a private transfer over the RER/shuttle as we wanted to be dropped off directly to our lodge rather than trawling all our luggage across the park when we arrived. Cars are allowed into the east entrance (Davy crockett ranch side) to get to the lodges.||The 5 bed lodge was great and very spacious. Another 4 members of the family joined us (they flew over from Southampton to Orly)- 2 adults, 2 kids age 8 and 10. So there were 10 of us in total.|| Our lodge backed onto a lake so there was a fair bit of goose poo we had to keep moving out the way. The views were beautiful though. The location was perfect being only a 5 min walk from aqua mundo and 10 min to the farm.||The lodge was clean but did have some signs of wear and tear on the floor and tables from previous damage and ants occasionally appeared in a couple of downstairs corners, but this didn't effect us.||The supermarket on site was pretty good with fairly reasonable prices. We got an uber and did our main food shop in lidl/auchan at val d europe though. We made lunches most days, and cooked 3 dinners in the lodge.||We made the most of all the free activities provided. The kids loved aqua mundo swimming and spends hours in there. There is a wave pool, 6 flumes open, climbing wall, kids play/flume area, baby pool/ball pit area all indoors and a large outdoor swim lagoon area with fun stepping stones, rapids and another slide. Alot to keep the kids entertained. The pool was pretty warm which was great for the kids. They provided lots of different size life vests for non-swimmers to wear which was great. The floor was it's usual pool slipperyness, but our kids wore water shoes so this helped. The showers were a large communal area and there were a vast amount of individual changing cubicles with entrances on one side, exit on the other. We hired pool towels for €5 each for the stay.||Other free activities were the farm and large indoor adventure playground there. There were goats, cows, horses, ponies, and peacocks. We booked pony rides for the kids for €16 each for a 45 min session which I thought was great value for money as we travelled around the site on the ponies with a parent leading each pony. We booked these using the free activity vouchers we received from booking villages nature early. Beware, the activities you can use these vouchers on is quite restricted (I've attached a picture).||We also loved the action factory (open 2-8:30pm), which had bouldering walls, a 5 person dancing challenge, karaoke booth and little soft play. There was a ninja warrior course as well for over 1.4m tall but we never saw it open as they need 2 members of staff in the building to have it open.||The kids also loved the multiple outdoor playparks dotted around the site and we also loved exploring the different beautiful gardens hidden behind the main buildings (bowling/franprix) which had some fun games for the kids to play.||We also made use of the free kids club which we booked in advance which the kids enjoyed doing arts and crafts at for an hour each time.||We hired kids bikes for 8 days for €27 each so they could get around the park easily. They had endless amount of bikes to hire of all sizes from balance bikes to stabiliser bikes, kids + adults bikes. The bikes had lights, and bells and helmets and padlocks were included.||4 adults did pay to play the egypt escape room, but we didnt feel it was particularly good, being fairly experienced escapers with 30+ rooms under our belts.||We also paid for a harbour boat for €20 for 40 min which the kids loved driving around the lake.||We travelled into disney for 3 days of our holiday. Initially getting 2 Ubers to pick us up from our lodge for €12-15 each for a 10 min drive. On our return, when standing at the roundabout next to 5 Guys, we managed to find a taxi man called Sam (+33 6 23 77 41 14) with a large minibus that could take us all back to the lodge door for €30 in cash. It was a 9 seater with 2 additional infants seats partially attached to the floor. All our future journeys to and from disney we then booked with him (we would phone him when needed).||We spent 1 day in paris, getting the minibus to val d europe, and getting the 45 min RER train from there to Auber.||We had a quite a few meals out- at rain forest cafe (good but pricy) and macdonalds (cheapest meal by far!) in disney village, silver spur steakhouse (expensive and average) in disney Park ( i booked this through the DLP app a few months in advance), stark factory in studios park (delicious fast food pizzas, reasonable price), and Hippopotamus (good apart from being served raw chicken, reasonable price) in val d europe. We ate at the creperie on site as well which provided yummy crepes.||Overall, we had a fab stay at villages nature with its location being perfect for days spent at disney. Would...

Travelled as family of four, kids aged 5 and 6. Stayed 7 nights.||Check in: Arrived around 2pm, flew into France and arrived by taxi so dropped at the lodge for those without a car. There was one teenager on the check in desk so it was very slow, eventually another joined but it was a poor effort to not have more staff on duty. They simply should have 3 people there on check in day so our experience was off to a bad start. The check in area is also a long walk from the accomodation when carrying luggage for 4 people with 2 small kids so the location was poor and could have been located much better within the park. There were no maps at reception and the signage in the resort is useless in general but eventually we found our way using the app.||Accommodation: Generally clean and well presented on arrival. The VIP lodge has a nice hydrobath and coffee maker but overall it was disappointing. The bed linen was cheap and the pillows terrible, the sofa was horrific, clearly no human being sat on them before they were bought so there was zero comfort to sit and relax in the evening. The outside furniture was dirty and the TV was tiny and placed in a strange spot on the wall. The kitchen and bathroom were well equiped and showers were decent. The biggest issue was no aircon, which would make the place a nightmare if over 25 degrees. During our stay the weather was milder so we were lucky but I dont know how a person could stay here in 30 degrees in July and Aug. The hoover was also useless and theres no oven which is the least you would expect for self catering. Dont sell something as premium accommodation when its clearly not.||Pool: Strange set up, when you arrive the changing area is up a flight of stairs and then you need to remove your shoes before going into changing rooms so when leavings its hassle to get dressed with kids but stay barefoot and then put on shoes outside in this chaotic entrance area with a few benches. About 80% of the lockers are broken and then you have to march down 4 flights of what appears to be a grubby service exit to get to the pool. The mens toilet were also closed for the week so some chap could nonchalantly paint the grid hanging from the ceiling, obviously a vital task that couldnt be done before 10 am when the place opened or after closing. The toddler lagoon was also closed. Besides these issues the pool and slides are excellent and the kids loved it so this makes up for the awkward changing set up. ||Food: One restaurant open during the week is a joke, especially when there isnt a proper oven to cook in the accommodation. There is a wine bar with tapas but Im not counting that as a proper option for a meal with kids in a family resort. In fairness the Italian that is open is pretty good and had some nice options. The bakery was poorly laid out and wasnt serving coffee the day we arrived. The cafe at the farm was ok but its very annoying when you pay for a latte and are handed 2 small, half empty mugs that are gone in 3 sips which is cheap penny pinching. A burger place opened at the weekends for takeaway which was overpriced and very average.||Activities: Meet small animals was excellent and very well done and lucy was excellent, the kids loved it. The jeep safari was great also. The chocolate experience was disappointing, about 10 minutes of actual chocolate making followed by a lecture on the history of chocolate...not of interest to any kid under 14 I suspect. The lady running the workshop was very nice and did her best but its just badly done and all the kids were bored and restless.||General: Scenery is beautiful, great wildlife and there is some lovely landscaping so the whole place looks great, with a nice garden. Theres also a few good playgrounds to occupy the kids. There is a supermarket which is fine but pricey as expected. We rented bikes and they were good and definitely needed as its a big campus. Lots of birds and geese which the kids loved. We went to disneyland, theres a bus for 2.50 pp and took 30 mins, we got an Uber for 18e and takes 10 minutes. The inside play area at the farm was excellent and very good for a rainy day. The watsapp service to contact reception is helpful and responsive. Theres no gym which is another disappointment but there is an outdoor exercise area as an alternative. The forest of legends playground was also closed, not sure why as it seemed in good condition so this was also disappointing. The pathways through the village are riddled with deep potholes which is difficult for cycling, again another easily fixed issue.||Overall the village is in a beautiful setting and has lots of positives and the potential to be a great place if run with the touches and attention of a UK or Ireland centre parcs but it feels like top management has checked out, that and/or the place has been losing money so they are cutting corners anyway they can with penny pinching and lack of maintenance. There are endless small issues that can be easily fixed that add up to make the visit full of unnecessary hassle and disappointment. The staff are all doing their best and are friendly and very nice but are being let down by the owners. While handy for Disneyland we...

Awful!! Save your money and book somewhere else. ||Background on myself: i live on a small country farm, So mice and rats doesn't shock me. I do open water swimming and wouldnt swim in the pools here) bear with me this is relevant) I say this as i honestly have slept in horse stables cleaner than this place. ||We went for my son's 7th bday. He was looking forward as we all were for a magical time. My son has severe allergies so we carry Epi Pens . This village Nature seemed ideal as we could cook for him. And we love nature. ||We arrived to CDG and it took forever to go through customs ( fine not a problem they have to do their job) But because of Europe Car closing we were stranded and decided to get a taxi albeit late due to all this and a late flight. ||We get to village nature after 12 at night. The taxi man was very helpful and spoke to security guard at very bottom gate a long way from where we would be put. ||He writes our room number on the card and gives us bracelets enter our room. The taxi had to drive a good distance to get to our room. ||We get there , taxi leaves. We try to enter our room Door will not open. We call all the numbers on the card No Answer. My son now freezing and tired starts to cry. My partner goes in search of reception and or security. I hold my son who is shivering. I have an idea, i bring him into the lift ( elevator) outside our supposed room tp keep the cold off him . I see that the alarm is linked to the security guards i press the alarm, Nothing! I sit on the stinking floor and put my son on my knee so he could sleep and wait. ||My partner at 4am after running around the whole place trying to get help, fnds a security guard in a little car who tries not to stop. But eventually does, they come to where we are. The guard looks at our card and attempts to get into the room, then with amaster key opens the door to find a terrified family inside . ||He finally finds a room for us says nothing and leaves . The room was big and it was dirty. The sofa was turned down a nice thought but unusual as there was two bedrooms. And just the three of us. I soon reslised it was to hide the dirt on the sofa and under it. We at this point just needed sleep. We were too exhausted to goto Disney and decided to chat to reception about what had happened. The informed us that we had frightened the american family in the other room by trying to get in Thst they phoned security from an inhouse phone. ||We were in complete shock and explained what had happened. The man at reception said we'll give you either 50 euro or an activity. Either or?? not both . We said no .. They put tge eitos on our bracelet anyway ||No one was willing to take i seriously even when we explained about how traumatizing it was to have a child who could go into Anaphylaxis and knowing no one would come to help. The did not care and said it was Disney's problem, that we had booked through them! ||We looked into swimming to try and cheer all of us up, not a chance , half the things were closed or broken. It was dirty! ||The facilities are run down broken. It needs an overhaul. ||The lake is stinking . ||During daylight we could see rats poo everywhere outside our appartment door and inside the hallway. ||Our socks were dirty from the dirty gritty floor,we seen rats and couldn't let our littleboy outside on the patio area because it was worn moldy and rat poo onit. ||The smell in the room was like cow dung . Everything was either dirty ,Moldy , broken or stained. ||The staff were unpleasant and rude. No one cared. ||We all cried at one point. ||I write this particularly for anyone who wants the security of safety when they travel. ||We missed our day at Disney but went the next day and met Melissa at city hall who tried her best to try to help . She rang ourhotel who admitted yes ths had happened but they gave us 50 euro and an activity( this was lies and still would not have covered it) all but an apology ||Melissa said it wasn't good enough and would be taking it further ||Please save yourselves the trip here and go...
