We absolutely adored this place. It is friendly and genuine. If you want peace and quiet, while still having the vineyard and a pool, this is definitely the place to go. Marie and her family were so lovely and me us feel so welcome. The room was gorgeous (the bathroom had a fantastic shower). The pool was a delight (heated, clean and with wine service to your lounger!) ||Marie treated us to a tour of the winery and a tasting (without any pressure to buy). Read moreWe stayed here for 4 nights and from the very moment we arrived we were treated as family. Vincent, Marie and Denis (the wine maker) were the ultimate hosts. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The Chateau is family owned and has its own winery. The wines were great. We were free to wander around the vineyard as we pleased. Vincent was very happy to assist us with places to visit and restaurants to go to in the region. We went into Lyon which is close by and could not wait to get back to the Chateau.
