Many restaurants are in close proximity of this hotel. Service is very good. Ladies handles all the operation of this hotel. Rooms are clean. You can get spa, jacuzzi, bath tub, gym, laundry service, and many games. You can get free cycle to see city. It has parking area. I have stayed 3 times for 15 days each in last 5 years and its very fresh and relaxing experience. I recommend this hotel to everyone who visits Augsburg city. Good breakfast, a lot of choice. We were there with our child. Why only two stars? Because I never saw so dirty hotel room in my life. The curtains had oily spots. Everything was old fashioned. The airco was full of old dust so it had a lot of bad smell coming out. Maybe other people had a nice experience in this hotel...it depends what the people ask for. We wanted a clean, big room where we can spend one night with our child on our way back home, and a good breakfast. Breakfast we got. The room...luckily it was only one night. Never again. Also the receptionist we had to wait to come from the office 10m further, even that she saw us coming, because she was busy with her mobile and also with making flirty jokes with the taxi driver....Sorry, but never again... especially not with the small child. We were there...

Hotel located about 4km from Augsburg City centre. |The hotel rent free bikes, which we made the most of during our stay, as there is a beautiful river and miles of forest covered park to cycle around. We also used the bikes to go to the city centre as the tram wasn't operating. ||Free ample parking. Fantastic breakfast. Free ice cream. Room was large and had a fridge and kettle. Slightly older decor, but nice bathroom. ||My only criticism is, there is a musty smell, but no idea where this is coming from as everywhere is spotlessly clean. ||The reception staff spoke English and were helpful and friendly. And the restaurant staff were excellent too. ||Thanks for a lovely weekend....
