I faced an extremely rude behavior by one of the employees at information/service point. I wanted to buy a second hand cycle and the person at information/service desk first declined to help and understand if the purchase can be done through app, he later refused to sell the cycle to me at the counter directly even without using app. I had to call the manager and complain about the person. I felt a bit discriminated by this decathlon employee. The manager later helped me purchase the cycle.
