Our stay at Ferienwohnung Eitorf was a complete disaster. The host never communicated with us properly – no replies to our messages, no clear check-in instructions, nothing. When we arrived, we were shocked to find that the building was in poor condition – it looked neglected and unwelcoming. But the worst part? In the end, we were left without accommodation and lost our money. We were stranded with no place to stay and no support from the host. This was one of the most stressful travel experiences we’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Wir sind unzufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung mit Buchung ueber Booking Com. Kein Cafeautomat. Nach Reklamation bemueht such niemand hier gin. Fernseher funktioniert nicht. Duschwaende kaputt. Kühlschranktuer kaputt. Wir verlangen eine Rückerstattung vin Booking Com.! Bis jetzt haben wir bei so vielen Buchungen noch keinen Ärger gehabt. Aber diese Ferienwohnung koennen sie ihren Kunden...
