NAAM Hotel & Apartments FRANKFURT — Hotel in Frankfurt

We had a terrible experience from this hotel. As soon as I entered my room, the main light didn't work. After trying to turn off and on, it eventually worked. I went to sleep and in the next morning the light still didn't work! This time, it didn't turn on no matter how many times I tried. And even worse, I wanted to take a shower before checking out. So while I'm with shampoo on my hair, soap on my whole body, guess what? The water decides to stop flowing. Are you serious??? These kinds of things are nightmare materials. I was shocked. This never ever happened to me, nor I ever heard someone experienced it in any hotel. So while I was waiting patiently, the shampoo and soap soaked in my scalp and body and I have a sensitive skin so I had to wash it off so I tried the sink tap but even this didn't have water. What kind of hotel shuts off the water in the morning casually without letting their guests know? Eventually, after almost crying out of frustration, the water came back. I finished my shower and wanted to get dressed, but the light was too weak since the main light didn't work! So I found something to wear randomly and checked out as soon as I could.

They clearly don't have proper maintenance there, and go figure maybe they have many other issues in other rooms too. By the way, my friend who stayed in the room next to me experienced exactly the same issues.

We stayed here for 3 weeks. We got an apartment with one bed room and a living room.

The staff:- The staff was good, not the best but the house keeping keep knocking and they want to kick us out of the apartment just to finish cleaning before the clock hits 12pm which is stupid for any hotel to have a rule were all rooms must be cleaned before 12pm. Also they don't change the bed sheet until you checkout, which made me have an angry conversation with the manager and told him to change it every day.

The apartment:- It was big enough for a small family with 2 adults + 2 children but only have one bathroom with no bath tub although the bathroom is big enough for a bath tub.

Breakfast:- The chooses of food was ok, not the best. Cheese, salmon, bread, tea and coffe, and eggs boiled and scrambled. Oatmeal and cornflakes.

Location:- Pretty close to the center, it was about 10min drive to the nearest parking lot. (Check my other reviews to see the best parking for the city center)

Internet:- It was very slow, you can't even serf the net. Told the manager about it and he said he'll fix it, but nothing happened still slow and bad.

Overall the hotel is ok for a short stay (3 days max). Location is good and the apartment was big enough for us. If it wasn't for the house keeping staff and the breakfast I would have giving it 5 stars, and would recommend to stay longer...

Spectacularly Luxurious! Impeccable cleanliness, the most modern of all conveniences, and THE MOST comfortable beds we slept in on our entire journey through Germany. Photos Pending, but just check out the BATHROOM!!! Also, blackout curtains! This was so key when it was a 5:20 am sunrise and you have a 19-month-old. Plus a fridge (with mini bar type items if you're interested) that also fit baby food, fruit, our own water! On top of all of that, they vend all your beverage needs at the front desk at night, and serve an incredible breakfast until 10am. Did I mention NO RUGS OR CARPET! It just smells cleaner than any other hotel with floor covering, and the hard wood floors are glorious! I mentioned the pre-toddler, and she prefers to eat what's fallen to the floor rather than on her plate, and this was fine to do here. Another phenomenal added bonus was a beautiful wall hanging of the Buddha. Our baby loves him already, and I think the tremendously positive vibe here was only augmented by it. She slept for the first night in 3 weeks under it! Wait!! The Wifi!! Aside from shutting off at 12 midnight on our night before checkout, and knowing we should have handled the airline check-in earlier, I have only WOW to say.
