Pros - ||The apartment was excellent - clean, tidy, comfortable and well stocked with everything you need - kitchen had it all, lots of power points and I especially liked the large safe which you can easily store a laptop in. It was also a very quiet location - no outside noise at all - the apartment itself was first class. The parking right outside was also good and there is a supermarket within a five minute walk.||||Cons - ||1. There only seems to be a member of staff on site for a few hours each day and their english was good - but not great, some things needed a lot of explaining - and because the staff was rarely there and i was out working a lot I had to pay upfront for a few nights - which created an issue Ill explain later. ||2. Nothing in the apartment is cleaned or replaced until after the first seven days - unless you pay extra for it (which wasn't mentioned prominently on their site and it was a few days in before i realised this). Not a huge deal but it means you're going to have to have smelly towels and to buy your own toilet paper after paying a large amount of money for the apartment! ||3. My only major complaint was that I finished my business a day earlier than expected so I checked out early - but they refused to refund the money I'd already paid upfront for the night I wasn't there. I'm sure they have that right in the small print somewhere but to me, keeping money for a night when i wasn't even in the country is unethical - and the complex wasn't at all busy, so the argument that i was doing someone out of a room doesn't really float. Moral of this seems to be that once they have your money, you won't get it back - so don't pay until you are actually leaving - though you may find that to be a problem as the staff member is only there occasionally. ||4. Not a problem with the actual property - but if you're walking, its along walk into town - and if you walk home at night you have to either walk from town through a large and fairly dark park (though to be fair it did feel relatively safe) or by a long roadway, which doesn't actually look that safe. If you're driving everywhere...

Слегка в стороне от центра, но добраться до центра легко и просто. Отличные апартаменты. Жили там неделю - не видели никого, только по сушившемуся белью в прачечной можно понять, что мне не единственные постояльцы. Прачечная на мой вкус была дороговата - 2 евро за одно пользование любой машиной, - зато не было необходимости покупать моющие средства - все было на месте. ||Кухня прилично оснащена, хороший интернет, удобные кровати и диваны. Есть автостоянка (условия не знаю, мы не пользовались). Все очень чисто. Туалетных принадлежностей и полотенец нет, фена нет. ||Номера носят совершенно замечательные названия - в одном корпусе это названия планет, в другом - имена ученых и т.д.||Ресепшн и вся администрация находятся в другом месте и прямо скажем не в соседнем корпусе, имейте это в виду. В целом место отличное: тихое, окружено научными корпусами института Макса Планка. Постройки института выглядят неинтересно, зато это здание в колониальном стиле. В пешей доступности универмаг, мясная лавка, алкомаркет, аптека и т.д. Трамвайная остановка трамваев 4 и 5, оба, если не изменяет память, ходят до центрального вокзала, а 5 - в том числе до Марктплаца. Еще рядом большой парк.||В общем нам...

Nur wer das KLEINGEDRUCKTE am Ende einer langen Bestätigungsmail liest, erfährt dass die Zugangskarte zwischen 16 und 19 Uhr an einem mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln 30min entfernten Ort abgeholt werden muss! ||Auch das Auschecken vor Ort geht nur von 9-10 Uhr.||Abweichend von der Buchung eines Apartment mit Balkon, wurde ich als Alleinreisende in ein Apartment mit für jedermann zugänglicher Terrasse eingebucht. ||TV ist weder vom Esstisch noch vom Bett aus einsehbar. Nur wenn man sich mit dem Rücken zur Fensterfront setzt, kann man fernsehen - mit der offenen Terrasse im Nacken...||Der angegebene Nacht- & Notdienst ist neben diesem Zusatzgeschäft für hunderte Mietwohnungen zuständig und kaum Ad Hoc telefonisch erreichbar. ||Bevor man in den Hotelerie-Markt einsteigt, sollte man sich mit den Gepflogenheiten vertraut machen und soviel Anstand mitbringen, seine Gästen über derart eklatante Abweichungen wenigstens vorab ordentlich zu informieren (oder eine kostenfreie Stornierung zuzulassen!). Das kostest weder Zeit noch Geld und erspart...
