Stayed at the hotel 13-15 of September for a friends wedding. The hotel, the location is a hidden paradise. What a beautiful place! The area is fantastic! It is so peaceful and relaxing. And it is only 20 min drive from Frankfurt. This is going to be definitely the place to return for me and my husband. The hotel is clean and modern. All the stuff was very kind and helpful. Many special thanks to Ms. Cornelia at the reception desk who moved mountains to help us contacting the sound company that the hotel works with and being so effective and quick. The company which works with the hotel was just great - the cost of the equipment we had requested was affordable and great quality. Mr. Thomas from the company who delivered the equipment to us and set it up with us was also very helpful, kind and effective in setting everything just right. Mrs. Schmitt was also very helpful and kind taking care of all the details for the event. We were just blessed to meet such a kind, wonderful, helpful and warm stuff of the hotel. Also, Mr. Zouhaier who took care of us late night when we had a late dinner after our performance - he treated us in a very kind way and made us feel very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with the great variety at the buffet and cozy atmosphere. Especially liked the bread, cold cuts and scrambled eggs - all were delicious. Ordered espresso coffee and it was just great! Loved the natural juice next to it. Everything was just perfect throughout our stay. Every detail counts and much appreciated. This is gonna be one of our favorite destination to visit again when...

I've stayed at this hotel before and the rooms are nice, good food and friendly staff. But I won't be staying in future.||I was put in "The Annexe" which I thought was across a courtyard from the main hotel building, however I was to be rudely awakened. It is in a completely different location to the hotel. In fact it's a 10-15 min walk out of the hotel grounds, down a dark busy road then along a dark unlit lane. The building was unlit except for a sole light above the door. On entering, it was like a dark abandoned building, no reception or staff, sparsely lit and only a staircase to get to a handful of rooms. It was like some kind of scary movie. The room was tiny, about the size of our utility room at home. I felt extremely unsafe. This certainly isn't 4 star. Walking down a busy road for breakfast and back to the room is not expected when having to get up early for work meetings.||There should be a warning when booking these rooms. It is mentioned deep on the website when looking into individual rooms, but when booking a 4* business hotel it's not something anyone would lookout for.||Very disappointing, needless to say I swiftly found somewhere...

Ich kam im Rahmen einer Geschäftsreise an einem Freitag Abend im Hotel an. Das Hotel hatte ich it 4 Sternen superior ausgesucht, da ich am kommenden Samstag in der Nähe arbeiten musste und bereits einige Tage unterwegs war und die komplette kommende Woche ebenfalls beruflich verreisen musste. An einem solchen Abend brauche ich, um mich von einem Arbeitstag zu erholen, eine ruhige Bar mit leiser Hintergrundmusik, in der ich ein Glas Riesling trinken und eine Kleinigkeit essen kann. Als ich gegen 22:30 Uhr ankam, war es bereits sehr laut im Hotel, da im Festsaal eine private Feier mit entsprechend lauter Musik stattfand. Ich wurde in der ausgebauten Scheune in 300 Metern Entfernung untergebracht, habe zuerst mein Zimmer aufgesucht, bin mit Lederschuhen über vom Regen aufgeweichte Wege noch dreimal hin und hergelaufen, um noch in der Bar sein zu können. Dort erhielt ich meinen Riesling für 9 Euro pro Glas, jedoch keine Kleinigkeit mehr zu essen, da die Küche bereits geschlossen habe. Um mich herum saßen Partygäste, die sich lautstark unterhielten und das Essen vom Buffett nebenan an die Bar mitgenommen hatten. Ich persönlich finde dies für ein Hotel, welches den Anspruch an 4 Sterne superior hat, nicht angemessen, erst recht, wenn man um diese Uhrzeit keine anderen Bars fußläufig erreichen kann. Ich bin häufig in Berlin und übernachte sehr gerne in MotelOne Hotels. Dort bekomme ich auch noch spät am Abend ein normales, einfaches Toast zubereitet, welches für mich völlig ausreichend ist. Am nächsten Tag habe ich gefrühstückt. Dabei habe ich dann trockene Brötchen erwischt, welche ich auch gegessen habe. Dies ist jedoch bei einem Preis von 29 Euro für das Frühstück nicht angemessen. Gut war, dass mein Anliegen an der Rezeption ernst genommen wurde und mir die 29 Euro erlassen wurden. Mir wurde jedoch gesagt, dass ich bitte Verständnis haben solle, dass im Hotel auch private Feiern stattfinden können. Ich habe dafür Verständnis, wenn dann das Personal dafür Sorge trägt, dass andere Gäste, die sich nur in der Bar aufhalten können, ebenfalls eine angemessene Leistung für den Preis, den sie zahlen, erhalten. Eine kleine Randbemerkung. Bitte sprechen Sie mit Ihrem Personal darüber, dass ich im Restaurant gerne in einem ganzen Satz angesprochen werde. Der Telegrammstil "Zimmernummer?", ist aus meiner Sicht in einem solchen Hotel...
