B&B HOTEL Mannheim-Neuostheim — Hotel in Mannheim

Very nice place and excellent staff. The hotel is placed near SAP Arena (2 bus/tram stops), which makes it perfect when you attend a concert there. I was completely satisfied about the cleanness, breakfast and the hotel's staff (very polite and helpful, attentive on all my needs). Nice room and elegant bathroom, warm in the room (I was there in February and was extremely pleasant to arrive after a long trip and find a warm room and comfortable bed). Hot water at any hour so you can take a good shower when you wish. Security guaranteed, after 10 p.m. you can enter only by using your code access. Until 10 p.m. there is reception ready to help. You can check-in by yourself 24/24 and 7/7 or on the reception desk. Breakfast - super great, Swedish buffet, various products, for any taste. In a half hour you can reach to downtown using the tram/bus. Aaa, and they have parking too! It seems to be restaurants in the neighborhood, but i didn't test them. As their websites say, you need reservation for this, so I didn't go in any. Conclusion: if i will go again in Mannheim, I will definitely choose B&B Hotel Neuostheim-Hans-Thoma Strasse. Best value for money and perfect...

Went down for breakfast at 10:19 a.m and asked to have breakfast. Breakfast closes at 10:30. The lady said breakfast was finished and I said at 10:30. The manager MulakI said we didn't pay for breakfast. I explained because of our trains we arrived after 10 p.m. the night before and the gentleman had to give us the code to the building and our room over the phone. We were never offered to pay for breakfast the night before and also not offered to pay for breakfast in the morning. Every bread basket was full the entire food bar was full. Very very disappointed after spending €250 for one night. Would not recommend the B&B to anyone.

The reply below is not correct. As you can see in my review breakfast was never offered at any point the night before. The biggest problem is the lie about to many guests and not enough food. I wish I had taken a picture of a completely full breakfast bar when she closed the food window. Either the food was thrown away or something else. If I were upper management for B&B I would look into...
