Restaurant Lindbergh (Blue-Tower) — Restaurant in Mannheim

I was in a bit of a pickle today… I stayed in one of the neighboring towns and my hotel’s wifi was not on my side of destiny while having a really important interview. I went around the suburbs asking every cafe in the neighborhood if they could help me with a stable wifi connection and a quiet spot, none of them could. A customer in one of the cafes I asked for help, overheard me and recommended to go to Lindbergh. I’ve called them and they assured me that they will find a solution for me (so lovely). I went there and the staff was nothing less than incredible. They accommodated me every way, were helping beyond expectations (one of the waiters even brought me his headset so I could have a focused call). I am so thankful and appreciative of the staff. I like the Sunday brunch here. It has a good service and quality food. I don't like the restaurant a la carte although. Food is pricey and they serve avarage plates. Last time I order a Pad Thai and it was awful. Extra salty and with noodles, I think they used say sauce in excess or something as I couldn't even eat it - when I complained I just got a "I will inform the kitchen about it" but never got an answer, a second plate or discount or anything, so I paid 15eur for a plate I couldn't eat. Prices are reasonable, and the bartenders are friendly. I've been four times (€13 entry), but the experience has been inconsistent. Once, it was nearly empty by 1 AM. While usually busy, the crowd is of the second and third age, and a few young ones aren't comfortable speaking English. The music (Latino DJs) could be improved, and the abundance of cameras and crowded bathrooms detract from the overall experience. Once you go out of the club, they dont let you back in.
