Easy to find. Great parking. Beautiful building. Lovely location. Warm and welcoming reception. Cold drinks delivered to room within minutes of arrival. Gorgeous stylish room/studio. Spacious. Good powerful shower. Excellent seating for relaxation inside and out. Private garden bordering on lovely grounds...very nicely visually screened. Superb room service.... delicious modern German cuisine. Good organic beer and good choice of wines. Also by the glass. Good value. Good breakfast which we also chose to take in our room. Truly excellent staff... warm and friendly at all times even when very busy. Highly recommended and worthy of a detour.||||Disliked · The bed was much too soft for my taste...but expect many others don't share my taste for rock hard mattresses. Good pillows. At the menu you have the choice of: 2 appetisers, 4 salads, 2 soups, 3 burgers, 3 steaks, 2 schnitzels, 1 fish, 1 vegetarian dish, and 4 desserts.||||We went for a Kas’burger and Wurstsalat accompanied by a glass of beer. I was impressed by the place - the interior and exterior of the new guesthouse (former barn) is excellent. Very unusual stay for what you expect in Bavarian countryside. ||We arrived quite late - only some minutes before the restaurant (the same property) was closed. It was very nice that someone from the staff came to us this and we actually got a fine dinner. The food was quite traditional, yet very tasty. ||All in all it is about details - a very nice integration of new design furniture in the old barn building, reading light in toilet, breakfast table with little tag with our names on it.
