Best Living Hotel AROTEL — Hotel in Nuremberg

The hotel may be located in an unusual location with supermarkets and hardware stores next to it, but seeing as we were only using the hotel as a base room whilst at a trade convention it worked very well. About a 10 minute drive back into the city centre.||The room we had was very well appointed, two single beds in one room and then a large pull out comfortable sofa bed in the lounge/kitchen/work area.||The decor in our room is certainly 'not modern', would probably put it as mid 90's perhaps, however, it is of a very high quality and you can imagine that when new was very stylish. The bathroom was very large, featuring a bidet as well as a large whirlpool bath and shower.||The kitchenette area had a mini-bar style fridge, though items are purchased at machines in reception rather than having the mini-bar stocked.||There was also a 2 ring hob available.||There was a dvd player and old style CRT TV, though we were not there to watch tv so never tried it.||Also in the "lounge" area of the room was a large fixed table/workstation desk with chairs to allow a comfortable working environment.||It's not a romantic hotel, but for business use it's certainly cheaper than the city centre hotels during convention weeks and as we had a hire car anyway then the travel to'n'fro was not a problem.||There was free wifi available and you obtained a code from reception each morning. There is adequate parking and the hotel is in a quiet area so...

i stayed for one night in this hotel. i booked a roomviabooking.com. in the price on the site it was included parking, free wi-fi, breakfast, 3 aults in the room. we arrived at the hotel, we checked in, and when i wanted to connect at internet from the room, the connection was not working. i called at the reception and they told me they don t have internet acces that day due to a problem. BUT HOW DID THEY RECEIVED MY RESERVATION VIA BOOKING.COM IF THE INTERNET WAS NOT RUNNING? we left because we highly needed internet for the job and they sad "okay, no problem, we understand". after 5 minutes we left the hotel, we received a sms that we are cherged with 80% procent of the price of the reservation even if we didnt stayed. we returned because we had nothing else to do in this circumstances.the room was very clean but the third person had to sleep with his clothes on because there was no blanket, no pillow, no sheets for the third person. we didnt sleep al night because the heater didnt work and outside was bellow ZERO!!! In the morning we went to breakfast.It was ok. When we went to pay the room, we paid almost DOUBLE than the price booked online. When i asked why, they told me that is a tax for the third person, and a tax for the breakfast.... we paid and we left.
