If you're looking for a hotel that delivers top-notch service at a reasonable price, then look no further. From the moment I stepped foot into the hotel, I was welcomed by their friendly and professional staff who made sure that my stay was nothing short of comfortable.

I was particularly impressed with their breakfast spread. They offered a delectable range of choices that catered to different tastes and preferences. Every morning, I would look forward to waking up to the aroma of fresh coffee and the sight of a well-laid breakfast buffet that was both nourishing and satisfying.

Inside, the hotel was immaculate and well-maintained. A sense of cleanliness and orderliness was evident in the shared areas, from the welcoming reception to the cosy lobby area. This also extended to their rooms - my room was spacious and extremely comfortable. The design was modern yet homely, making it a perfect retreat after a long day.

But what truly sets this hotel apart was the service I received. A special mention goes out to Lisa (Assistant Front Office Manager). She informed me that I had left my headphones behind after checking out. Not only did she arrange to have them returned to me, but she also covered the shipping costs. This thoughtful act was something that truly impressed me and elevated my experience.

In conclusion, this hotel is a gem, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality accommodation and excellent service. You can be assured that you'll be taken care of during...

Terrible place - avoid!||||Stayed here in January 2020 on a business trip (just before the toy fair) and was extremely disappointed. ||||The staff on reception were not very welcoming and gave no information at all about any of the usual things you expect when checking in. When checking out they simply took my key and said goodbye, didn't ask how the stay was, etc. ||||When walking to my room, I immediately noticed that the corridors were a bit 'dingy' and that the hallway carpet was very worn out and in immediate need of replacement, which should have been a warning to me.||||The photographer who takes photos for the booking sites must also be a magician because the room didn't look anything like the photos online, both in decor and in size, much smaller than expected or compared to other hotels! ||||The headboard of the bed was scraped and tattered, the walls were scraped and marked, I found a very long hair on my duvet (and I'm a short haired male) and a rip in my sheet. The light in the bathroom had fallen out of the ceiling and was hanging by its wire. The kettle (not a coffee machine like other hotels) still had water from the last occupant in it, no idea how long that had been standing there for.||||When I called from my room phone to ask about a clothes iron, I was told to go up 2 floors to an 'ironing room'. What decent class hotel in this day and age doesn't have an iron in the room?!||||This hotel was terrible, don't waste your money stay at the nearby novotel for...

I stayed at Mercure for a business trip for 2 days. Location: There is about 10 minute walk from the u-bahn station. You can choose to walk on footpath near road or take a walk through beautiful green nature to reach the hotel It is situated in the middle of greenery and I find it very very very beautiful. Rooms: Rooms were okay. Not much to say here. Neat, tidy, clean. Breakfast: The options were alright. There were scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, yoghurt, fruits, pancake machine. I went for breakfast quite early on my first day at 6:30 and I could get fruits. However, on 2nd day, I went at 7:30(which isn’t super late, it’s still pretty early) and two of fruit bowls were empty. It didn’t get filled either afterwards for as long as I stayed at least. Also, if salami plate got empty, it was also not filled timely. Hence my 3 stars rating for service. But the kitchen staff was nice and friendly. Both breakfast pics are from my day 1.

Was here during Messe so the hotel was ridiculously overpriced. Friendly staff. Enough parking nearby. Metro station at 10 minutes walk Rooms are a bit lacking in the level of luxury you'd expect from a Mercure. But it was all there and clean except for an empty drinks can in the wardrobe. Bed is rock hard. There's a kettle and espresso machine. WiFi is adequate. Breakfast was nice and fresh. Bottle neck is there's only one coffee machine. The filter coffee was empty each morning but quickly refilled when I asked. Apart from that and the prices I wasn't thrilled that you ALWAYS have to walk through a wall of cigarette smoke to enter the hotel. A covered smoking area of away from the entrance would be nice Dinner was disappointing. A Caesar salad with a big chunk of lettuce. Herring with 6 small potatoes... We ate there once and only because we were tired.
