Hotel Langwasser — Hotel in Nuremberg

I travel to Germany to attend at the toy fair in Nuremberg||I stayed at the hotel for 8 nights||The hotel is very close to the "Messe" (convention center) few stops with a bus and then 3 min by train - if want to walk it will take 20 min by foot, ||Very convenient when you go back since everyone else from the fair is traveling to the city center (very crowded) and the hotel is on the other direction||The rooms are very average - old style decoration narrow bad and in general an old building||The rooms are very clean and the heating is working well ||The service is very good - very nice and warm ||Internet is not for free and I couldn't log in in the third floor -but after a day the reception opened it for us for free||The bath room is a shared bath room for 2 rooms!!!! Minimum facilities – but clean||Breakfast is ok – the bread is fresh, the coffee is good – not a big choices but overall is good||Dinner – A mix choices of dishes from fried chicken to sausages, reasonable food if you are hungry and don’t want to go out||In general – the cost is much too high; we paid 110 Euro per night, per...

This is the second time we have stayed at the Langwasser as we are visiting the Messe. |The hotel is very simple it would probably be rated 3 star in the UK. We paid €159 per night for a large double bed with breakfast. The owners and staff we met are really helpful and friendly. This is why we like it here. There is always Joseph who smiles and greets you. It is very friendly. |There is a car park right in front. ||The room is spacious with tea and coffee although this is a little random. The first night we only had one coffee sachet with nothing else. Easily rectified though! |There is a large help yourself breakfast with most things you could want. ||It probably is a bit pricey but for peace and quiet it is fairly centrally located within walking distance of the Messe and food (lovely pizza nearby). ||The hotel also does evening meals and bar service. |I'm sure we'll stay here again!! |The main centre of Nuremberg is about a 5-10 minute drive with easy and cheap night parking...
